Curt 45581 EUro Trailer Hitch Mount With 1-7/8-Inch Ball, Fits 1-1/4-Inch Receiver, 3,500 Lbs, -3/4-Inch Height

Would not fit the 1 7/8" to 2" adapter and had to be ground down in order to slide into the adapter. The size of the hole for the pin is ½”, but the size pin and hole in the standard trailer hitch is 5/8” so I had to buy a 5/8’ drill bit and drill out the ½” hole in this CURT 45581 Euro Trailer Hitch Mount in order for this to work. In order to use this hitch in a standard American car you will have to buy an adapter and tools to drill out the holes to 5/8”. Wish there was more information available for this item before ordering.

Love the Euromount - don't have to worry about losing the ball, someone stealing your ball, extra pins, parts, easy to use - just lock in place.
