Wrong fitting
The kit did not fit and there was no way of knowing this from the descriptions

Not for all Samsung models.
The product is OK, good quality but it didn't fit my Samsung and to avoid the hassle of returning it and using more resources ( being a tree hugger), I had to make new holes and adapt it. Overall its good and the plastic rails sat well.

quality product
the kit seemed well-made but it would not work for my washer and dryer (dryer is larger than washer) so, i had to return. The customer service was fast and without any problems. Would definitely buy from them again.

Works as intended
Waited a little while to do my review. Seems to be holding up nicely. We did mix up the screws in the beginning but when we realized they went in easy. Our mistake. Holds the units securely

Works, does what it says!
Took a few minutes to figure out the instructions. Holes didn't all line up where they said they should. This was the correct kit for my washer and dryer, so it was a little frustrating having to make it work so to speak

Partly compatible with some old Amana washers and dryers
Surprisingly compatible with old Amana washers and dryers (at least the metal hooks). I used with success of these to stack an Amana ned7200tw and the corresponding dryer. They are not perfectly aligned due to the shape of the metal pieces but they are solidly attached to each other, which is the most important.
