It was easier to use a larger refill bottle than the one supplied because of the tight fit between the sink and the back of the wall due to the design. Hine sight suggest cutting the long threading tube that hold the securing nut before installation, unless you don't mine turn the nut for 3-5 mins... Works great! Used a little bottled water to loosen up the soap and did not have to prime or pump too long to get the soap to dispense. So far, no drips to clean up.

It works great and looks great, I selected it because of being able to use the large refill jug instead of the included bottle. The installation was easy even including drilling a hole in my one hole stainless steel sink.The priming was easy, just a few strokes and it was ready and it holds the prime with no problem. Just be sure to have the arrow on the check valve pointing toward the dispenser. I also shortened the tube to get a straight shot to the dispenser so there was less soap required to prime and it makes a better looking installation.

I replaced an older soap dispenser with this one and thought it would be easy, as I'd done it before. However, the info in the manual was incomplete and the drawings and diagram difficult to interpret. But I think this is a good product, and if you do these things, you'll succeed more easily than I did:First, completely unscrew and separate the components, and figure out how they fit together before trying to install the assembly. For some reason, they are NOT in the correct order. Also, you might not realize where the gaskets and rubber rings are if you don't do this. The manual is of limited help here.1. If you use a gallon jug of soap beneath the counter, you must make sure before attaching the hose that you can suck air through it the way you'll be installing it. There is a check valve that has an arrow that the manual doesn't tell you about, so I had to undo everything before I figured this out.2. To save a lot effort priming the pump, before attaching the hose to the dispenser top, use your mouth to suck the soap up to almost the top.

I’ve had some experiences with other brands/products and this is by far the best. I can say with confidence that I likely won’t be needing to shop for this type of product again unless I move to another house. Highly recommend!

I like the pump itself, but I believe the problem is in the pipe, it is too soft or thin...and the soap supply is very weak or, most times, no soap comes out.I am disappointed

Easy to install and I love the fact that I’m not constantly having to refill the bottle.

We didn’t use it for long and this what happened to it breaks and looks horrible. Very disappointed. Seller should take them Down and don’t sell this garbage product.

Failed after less than one month of use. Not sure what the problem was, but a complete disassembly and reassembly of the pump itself brought it back to life. I shouldn't have to do that. Feel I'll be lucky to get one year of use out of it.Also, the kit lacks a weighted filter/screen for the big bottle tube.
