These vitamins are great and will make you feel better. Adjust the dosage , depending on how well you eat!

Our family uses this product daily and feels much better after taking these supplements. We appreciate that they are copper free because we have excessive copper levels and need to avoid it in our supplements. I feel a lift in my mood after I take these and notice if I’ve skipped a dose. They are superior in quality to other supplements we have tried.

Nice to stomach (no pain), increased appetite (not sure if this is good in the long term), and better moods. Just started. Let's see!

Highly recommend these vitamins, one of the Chiropractors I used to work with sold Pure Encapsulations products in her clinic. And my Naturopath Doc recommended and sells these as well in her practice. They have higher dose of key vitamins like B's, etc., not just low levels like a lot of vitamins out tgere. They are in pure capsules, high and quick absorption rate, unlike so many pill form vitamins that water treatment facilities refer to as "bed pan bullets". These are more than well worth the cost, by far! Highly recommend these for good health.

Not sure if I am getting everything I am suppose to be getting from vitamins. Seems like expensive pee!

This is a great multi-vitamin for anyone. I trust the brand and the formulation because it was recommended by my doctor. I trust that he checks out any vitamin before he recommends it to his patients. If you are looking for a multi-vitamin, this one is worth trying.

Great brand, great product, easy on my sensitive system, and the defining factor? I do notice a difference/decrease in my overall stamina in its absence. I've taken/tried many other multi-vits, this one is the best by far. It's worth both the price and the fact that one must gulp down 6 caps per daily dose. Very pleased to have found this!
