Q: How many cups of coffee does it make?

Hi Nenequillie! It really depends on how many ounces you define a "cup" of coffee. If you have a 6oz cup, our French Press will make 5 and 1/2 cups of coffee. Our French Press is designed to comfortably hold 34oz of liquid. We take into account the coffee grounds that also take up space. Does this help? Yes, the frother comes with a stand

Q: Does this product come with a scoop?

No this press does not come with a scoop. I just use my standard coffee 2T scoop. Two and half scoops make the perfect coffee richness desired from this press. There is a recipe booklet included for the frother use.

Q: Is the glass black cover supposed to be loose? It is barely settled in its place
