The media could not be loaded. Finally set and and used my burner. Everything went great. I read complaints about igniter. Mine didn't ignite well on first start, but what I do now is turn knob to high setting and give gas some time to pass through all the channels. I then hold the button down till it lights. No problem. Also, it was easy to change out the bottom fitting for my propane tank. I already had a low pressure regulator on hand, so I went to Lowes and purchased a $14 hose. Perfect! I love the look and performance. Its set up in my camper van, but as a countertop burner. I will install in cabinetry and will update as necessary. My van is stationary at the moment. We installed this on our sailboat as a replacement unit for a 20 year old one that we couldn’t get parts for anymore. The price was great and after six months we are happy. The burners definitely run a bit on the hot side and we sometimes have trouble getting the large ring to light in the small ring is already in use. As long as we remember to light the big one first, no problems. I would have like to seen a way to clamp it to the counter from the underside, instead I had to use an adhesive caulk. Overall, very happy!

I bought the first for a conex converted into a mini apartment and liked it so much I bought the 2nd for a boat galley. Directions and cut out templates were spot on, astounding for anything from that country (guess where?). Simple install and so far works great.

To start with let me say while I may not be a plumber, but I have been licensed by my state as a water engineer,so I know all connections were correct. I installed the propane/LP gas orfices and installed the stove in the cabinet. After checking all of the connections to verify there were no leaks, all seemed well. So off to the campground we go. Got all setup, and had sandwiches the night we arrived. Shortly after we finished, the stove started spewing gas for no resason. I pulled the quick disconnect and shut off the gas. Fast forward to the next morning. I was hungry and wanted my bacon and eggs. I moved the stove outside in the outdoor kitchen area so I could see how it performed. I light the burner and all is well...for about 45 seconds....then I hear a great rush of gas and 5 foot ball of flame erupts and flames are inches from the trailer. I have the wife turn off the gas while I throw the stove as far as I can(burning my hands in the process).THIS ITEM SHOULD NEVER BE SOLD. PEOPLE WILL DIE.Too bad it is past the return window so I am stuck with a stove you should only use to burn down the house and two burned hands.

I got this to use as a temporary cooktop while my vintage range is being rebuilt, but I like it so much that I will probably keep it hooked up to a gas grill tank on the porch even when I get the range back. I had my propane guy do the connection, and he was pleasantly surprised that it came set up for propane. Robust flames, easy to adjust, my only complaint might be that the burners are close enough that I can't use two. big pots at the same time, The large burner is hot enough to use a wok.

The media could not be loaded. First of all the delivery people could have drop this from a plane and it would’ve been delivered fine. The double boxes it was shipped in protected it during transit. I can not wait to get out and camping my family. This is going to make such a great addition to the outdoor kitchen. It’s so difficult to only cook over a fire or on a grill. This two burner set up I’d going to make a world of different. Great quality all around. Seriously sturdy cooking grate and feet on the bottom that can hold a massive amount of weight.I hope this was helpful.

This is a beautiful stove. It arrived without the small plates that disperse the flame on the burner. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. Their customer service department shipped the plates to me right away. Great company to work with. Packages very well, beautiful unit. I love it.
