I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOOK! it goes over every detail from working at home to the types pf markets to the legal side of the business. This book is a much have for a Designer. You will reference this book over and over again.

I bought this book looking for a some inspiration and added insight to starting a fashion label. This book is basically everything I already knew, with maybe a little bit of information. This book maybe perfect for anyone who didn't go to fashion school and literally know nothing about the business; but for me this was mostly stuff I already knew. May still keep it as a reference book or may return it. Still on the fence about it.

This is the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon. Easy to read and straightforward for someone who has no experience in fashion and design. I LOVE IT

It is concise book on starting a fashion label company. I bought this for my son as a gift, whom wanted to be in this industry. He loved the book so it is much be good. I scanned through it and it covered most of the business topics a new business owner would need to plan and implement.

Tons of practical information for newbies in the world of fashion business.

This book was very helpful, in my case, namely for the financial aspect in running a fashion business. Interviews from fashion label owners. Relevant advice. Stupid pictures of scrawny models though (but what do you expect in fashion.) I highly recommend this book.

If you've taken a fashion related college or university course and taken a business class, you probably have already learned whats in this book. I bought this and it just seemed like a textbook to me.If you have not, I think it has a lot of good, basic information to give you a general idea of how one starts a fashion business.
