Prints, but very noisey
It works with my Samsung 2851. It prints and the print quality is pretty good.When ask to print it protests loudly, it grumbles, whines, and makes all manner of loud noises.I think I will go with Samsung cartridge next time. Don't know about the longevity, I have only used it for a couple of weeks.

Don't buy, not compatible with my Samsung 2850 series printer.
It fits inside and is the same shape as a Samsung toner cartridge, but my printer show a red light and the interface says it is "Invalid Toner." I returned the first one and had a replacement sent and it did the same thing.

Invalid Toner Cartridge
Kept this cartridge as a backup for printer. Finally replaced old cartridge. Printer diagnostics say toner cartridge is invalid. Purchased to long ago for refund.

Worked for me on a ML-2851ND
Was a little nervous based on mixed reviews of it being compatible with some Samsung printers. But with one day prime delivery pulled the trigger. Glad I did, it worked for me. No problems. Nice clean print pages again. Time will tell but very happy for now.
