One box of these disposable jewelry wipes will last you a long time. Long ago, we were only able to obtain them from our wholesale suppliers. Then, WalMart started to carry them, so we would get them there, as there is a WalMart store close to us. Now, they do not have them, so we get them online.The wipes will rapidly strip tarnish off silver, brighten brass, shine up gold, and put a gleam on copper, too. From the first rub onto metal, there will be a black smudge on the cloth - and on your hands, too. Do not be alarmed - that is not an indication of dirt - it is the reaction of the chemical impregnated into the wipe, with the metal.The mark on your hands comes right off with soap and water, easily. We use the same wipe until it literally disintegrates - which takes a while.They are not designed for deep polishing, which removes nicks and dings and scratches from metal - however, they are just about unexcelled for polishing. You don't have any messy paste to deal with, nor residue left on the metal.Very useful product, which we have used just about every business day for more years than I can remember. You will not be disappointed if you get them.

These are GREAT for cleaning silver and gold jewellery. The square is slightly small to use but it gets all the black off the jewellery and even if you only do one or two rings or bracelets at a time just throw the wipe away when you are done. NO need to try and recycle or reuse and if you happen to be travelling they are great as compact and easy to carry and just discard once used. They take much better thank cloths that keep getting dirtier and dirtier and you are never sure if they are getting all the dirt and grime off the jewellery once you have used it a few times. Highly recommend and great at this price.
