Just what we needed! Light and small-packing--but absorbent--for traveling.
In preparing for an upcoming big RV trip, we needed different color towels for each member of the family. Due to circumstances beyond Micro-Miracle's control, we initially didn't get one of the towels we ordered, so I contacted them directly. They went above and beyond to fix the problem and got us the proper towel on time before we needed it for our big trip. Thank you, Micro-Miracle!And on our short "practice" trip we took last week, these towels were perfect for using in the RV. Small to pack up but able to do the job -- and so much softer than we thought microfiber towels would be. The bonus hand towel was the right size for most hand/face duties, which we hung on the bathroom hooks, and the main body towel (which is huge!) was stored in the cabinet, as it was only needed for showers. Perfect! :)

My favorite microfiber travel towel
My favorite microfiber travel towel. It’s the softest one I’ve ever used and wraps around my body well. It soaks up all the water beads and moisture on my body after a shower but be sure to follow the directions for using microfiber towels. You need to tap it on your skin, not rub - apply the fabric and let it absorb moisture. So, I find it’s fastest if you wrap it around your body in sections. Start with your hair: wrap it around and squeeze out moisture, then your trunk, each side of your arms, then around your legs. It’s awesome that it comes with a smaller towel, which I usually wrap my hair in and then use the bigger towel on my body.I love that it dries quickly, is antibacterial and doesn’t develop odors quickly like other towels, and can be used multiple times before needing to be washed, which is perfect for travel. It also folds down so compactly and comes with a mesh bag with a loop to store it in when not in use or to dry it in if you’re hiking. The only downfall was some fraying on one side of the border stitching after the first time I washed it. But the fabric is well made and durable and is my go-to towel when traveling.

I've been around the word, and this towel set has been my savior.
This is a must if you plan to do a lot of traveling.Yes, the microfiber takes a little getting used to (those bulky, plush towels you use at home take up too much room in the backpack!! #firstworldproblems)But not only have I used this as a towel, but also as a beach towel, a shawl in modest countries, a curtain for added privacy in a bunk bedded dorm, a pillow and a picnic blanket. The hand towel has also come in handy as a face towel, napkin, tissue and above all else: sweat rag.The mesh pouch keeps it organized in the backpack. I like the added handle in the corners of the towels with generous room so it can literally fit on any hook you come across for quick drying.A lot of the time, Hostels and hotels charge you for towels, save yourself the added expense and buy one of these, you won't regret it.

Fantastic Set of Towels
This is a big towel. I researched this size because 1) Need a towel that that was quick drying and absorbent, 2) compact and doesn't take up room in backpack, and 3) Will be used for camping and wanted a big towel to cover up. This is a Fantastic towel set.I also bought a microfiber towel that's 40x72 to compare the size and quality of another brand. I want to be able to wrap my towel around me securely as I get dressed especially since I'll be at a campground shower facility. 40x72 and 30x60 sizes are great for me. I'm 5'6" and I have long hair -- sometimes I need a towel just for my hair. My husband might think 30x60 is too much towel for him but he'll like the size. The 30x60 was too big for my 8 yr old and he's about 4'5" -- I would definitely get him the next size down because I don't want the towel to drag all over the campground shower floor. He's got to be able to use the same towel for a couple days.I like that this towel set comes in a variety of colors. Each family member will have their own set so there won't be any confusion of whose towel is whose. I'll be buying two more sets of these towels before the summer!

Not good quality
I purchased this item to test prior to a military deployment, and boy I'm glad I did. I received the towels and was surprised by how thin it was. The hand towel was what I expected, small but would do the job. The snap "hook" was a pleasant surprise to secure it to any object to dry it. And drying it seems to be where the poor quality shows. I hung the large towel by the snap hook after coming out of a pool, it was on the end of a chair (not dragging on the ground). There was a light breeze and the towel was moving in the air. After about 15 minutes to my plesent surprise it was dry. But what I was even more surprised to see what's the ends of the towel frayed from the wind. Both ends of the towel that were in the "air" we're completely frayed. The stitching had come undone. I was not impressed. I always follow manufacturer's instructions, as they tend to prolong the life of a product. I followed them specifically for this product as they were very unique.

Lives up to its claims
I bought this for an international trip. As anyone who has read my reviews know I test /use a item before taking it on a trip. I did not get a discount for this review or any others I left. This product does as advertised. I am able to dry off right out of the shower and when done dry as can be . It does a better than my regular towel. As many review have stated it does have a strange texture to it. It took a couple used to get use to it. If that is not a problem for you I would definitely pick one up for a travel towel or the beach.
