Ergonomic Dish, Terracotta, Small

Strong, sturdy bowls that look much more comfortable for chinchillas to eat from than the old ramekins I was using.They still get knocked round a bit but that's to be expected with chinchillas since they do fancy themselves as interior designers. I'd imagine my degus would have a bigger problem moving them as they are slightly heavier than normal bowls such as the Mason Cash hamster bowls.Durability seems good as it survived a 60 cm fall through the cage without so much as a scratch on it.

I bought both the small one and the big one. I use the big one for fresh veggies and the small one for the dried food. My hamster likes to sit on the edge and the bowl, they will not tip over and the food doesn't go all over the place. The color (Terra cota) also fits with the natural theme of my cage. My sister used the smaller one as a water dish for a while and her dwarf hamster never fell in, but I still think it might be too big (it was still doable). Other than that, they are perfect food dishes!

This is super small. I do think even cats would struggle to use this let alone my dogs. I did have to send these back. Way too small an opening.

I bought this dish for my pet hedgehog after seeing lots of good reviews for it. However, when I received it I noticed there was a big crack in the glaze on the bottom of the bowl, and this made the glaze edges very sharp.I’m sure this was a manufacturing defect and not a reflection of every product, but I was disappointed. I may purchase another one sometime.

Ordered this for a small yet destructive gerbil. He's had it for a few months and has yet to brake it so I would say he really enjoys it. He also likes to sit inside the bowl on top of his food when he is using it! It's not a very big bowl, but it is certainly big enough for gerbil comfort.
