So Im heavy and slip off my mat a lot when doing yoga because I still kinda suck or because of my weight so I gave these a try. They are comfortable. It did help with my hands slipping but helped my feet a little. I mean it still helped and i appreciated the help it did provide. Just be realistic with it. Don't expect some type of miracle product lol. I was told practice will help with he slipping once i have more control. For beginners its a good thing to have to help the growing pains of getting into yoga. I got this product at a discounted price for my honest review. I gave it 4 stars because it did help with gripping but I have small feet and the size i got was just right so you long foot women and men watch out. I don't think the sizing is correct, runs small in my opinion.

They work as advertised. I didn't realize how much my hands had been slipping until I had the gloves on! I thought it was just my feet, or mainly my feet. It's weird to have gloves on when I work out, but that might be just me. I'll adjust. Sometimes the seams pull between fingers/toes, but that's not painful, and I expected it. They ARE machine washable according to the tag, though I have not tried it yet.I received a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

Normally I use a yoga mat so I don't slip all over the place, but with these, I don't need a mat and can do yoga straight on my hardwood floors and not slip. Awesome idea. I love these and recommend them,,,not for hot yoga though!I was offered these at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review.

Comfortable and fun. I enjoyed the socks more than the gloves but the quality is good and product is as advertised.
