Scubapro unisex-adult Modern

I love yellow, and I wanted my fins and mask to match. They are both Scubapro and the shade is the same. The store I bought the mask from was offering me some generic straps that didn’t quite match the color and I didn’t like the designs on them. Ended up splurging on this but now everything is uniform color! I love the look

If you plan to dive or snorkel, you absolutely MUST get something to cover the basic head strap your mask comes with. Even as a man with somewhat short hair, I had a bear of a time with the standard strap. Get yourself a neoprene cover (like this, or a cheaper non-branded version; I just wanted to color coordinate) or an elastic strap.I'd say there are two downsides to this cover. One is inherent to the product, one could be improved.First, the inherent drawback: neoprene takes time to dry. After you dive or clean your equipment, it'll be a while before this is ready for storage. If you already have boots or a full suit, that might not add much to your time or space requirements, but it is worth noting. I'm not knocking anything off for that.Second, it is a right pain to get this over an existing strap. When it's on, the two velcro spots and its snugness keep it exactly where you want it, which is great! Ideally, you'll put it on once and never touch it again. But lemme tell ya, getting it on and the mask strap oriented correctly and untwisted was "fun". I can imagine this could be improved, and I'd give it 4.5 if I could.In conclusion, you'll want something to cover that mask strap. This will totally do the job. It's a bit pricey (cause branding), but it works well.

I had a different brand mask and the strap didn't fit. Double check the dimensions of your mask strap in the back and this to make sure that they fit.

I bought the classic Scuba Pro Frameless mask (the OG) and got this to go with it — it's perfect. Easy to slip on and off, but not so easy that it comes off when you don't want it too. Comfortable and effective. Just get one.

Easy on the hair. Easy to don mask even underwater

They’re a wee bit of a struggle to put on if you’re unfamiliar with a new mask, but it works great once attached. This helped keep our hair from being ripped out by the scuba mask strap. I highly recommend the item. My hair is 4 ft in length and it worked fine. Glad I had it or our trip to Hawaii for daily snorkel and scuba diving.

Ein Maskenbandschutz sollte jeder Taucher und auch Schnorchler haben. Es erleichtert das herunterziehen des Bandes am Hinterkopf und sorgt sofort für richtigen sitzt des Bandes am Hinterkopf. Da im inneren des Maskenbandschutzes das verdrehen durch zwei Klettknöpfe verhindert wird. Trägt man mal keine Haube verheddern sich die nassen Haare nicht im Silikonband. Es gibt nichts schlimmer vor allem bei Frauen mit langen Haaren wenn man die verhedderten Haare aus dem Maskenband schneiden muss, weil Frau sich nicht mehr anders von der Maske lösen kann. Sowas kann ganz leicht dazu führen das die Lust auf Unterwasser Abenteuer sinkt. Daher mein Tipp kauft Euch schon noch vor dem ersten Tauch- oder Schnorcheltauchgang gleich einen solchen gleich mit. Damit erhältst Du Dir gleich von ersten Tag an die Freude an der Unterwasserwelt.

Das Band ist an sich von der Qualität her super. Aber Achtung!Auf dem Bild ist ein anderes Band zu sehen! Dort steht „Scubapro“ drauf und auf dem gelieferten wird mit „Actionsport“ Eigenwerbung betrieben.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Überzieher. Es verhilft mir doch einfacher die Brille anzuziehen und vor allem auch wieder abzuziehen.

Schaut optisch sehr gut aus. Die eine Seite ist schwarz mit Schriftzug, die andere grau. Das Band könnte ein wenig breiter sein, so dass es auch auf andere Bönder passen könnte. Ansonsten alles gut verarbeitet und hat auch den ersten Test sehr gut bestanden!!
