I purchased this with some skepticism in needing to heal a fracture in my foot. The product has proven me wrong, it is easy to use, has helped reduce swelling, and increased mobility in my foot! The product has been shown to Professionals, which have been impressed with the quality for the low price. I highly recommend!

Delivered on time. Use it for pain treatment. It works.

Purchased this for my personal use as well as to use on my elderly dog who has arthritis issues. To be fair I didn't really give the product a chance to prove itself. However reading the included instructions, one of the recommended treatment options is 30mins, twice daily. So basically you need to use it for an hour a day for the area of pain you want to treat. That's fine if you have time to sit there and hold the light on yourself that long. If you have multiple areas you want to treat then you'd be in for even more time. I was expecting only several minutes a few times a day.Otherwise the product came nicely packaged with a great case, charger & cable, and safety glasses with it's own case. Product use was pretty straight forward and the timer beeps after the cycle is done. It would've been nice if there had been a seconds countdown timer on the display so you can gauge how long you are holding the light over a specific area - it only displays minutes. Overall an attractive unit, just not viable for my situation. Thank you Amazon for your great return policy!

Product was delivered on time and all parts and instructions were included. Unit works as described, but I'm sure everyone's pain level is different.

My son purchased this model for a compressed nerve and numbness in his fingers. This helped his pain immensely. My husband uses it on his arthritic fingers and it helps relieve some of the pain. I use it on pain in the base of my thumb and am amazed at how well the pain is reduced.I used it on my left foot only as I have a slight case of nail fungus in a couple of toenails. I used it for 30 minutes a day for 2.5 months and the fungus is gone. I purposely did not sue on my right foot as I wanted to do a comparison. I have now started using this on my right foot.

This handheld laser unit works for my purpose. Dachshund back injury left him incontinent and without back legs use. 20 minutes laser treatment each evening, coupled with anti-inflammatory meds, and he has bladder control and is walking after 8 weeks. Not back to 100 percent, but can at least walk across the room. It takes time, and dedication, but it works

Had to return because it got too hot on my skin

I got the laser hoping to use it on my dog more that myself, the pictures show a dog so I assumed that the instructions would include animals. I got no instructions on how to properly user the laser. Only a time setting. My questions include, how far away from the skin should it be, do you move it around or keep it in one place, with animals should it be right on the fur or further away, how long should I use it on my dog for hips and muscles? Many questions and no real instructions to refer to. Disappointed with the lack of information included. Vague information on how to use it properly. I have to go to You tube and try and find out answers. Don't really think I should have to do that after paying over $200.
