Solid construction but has some flaws
Watch case has a solid, heavy build. The faux carbon fibre material stretched around the box isn’t done well at the corners. The watches don’t sit even when on the pillows inside the watch box and it looks sloppy when they’re all canted at different angles. I also wish it had a lock on it. I ended up returning it. Was expecting a bit more for almost $200.

Gorgeous case for watches!
We initially purchased a less expensive case for my husband's collection of Invicta watches (he has an addiction!) That one arrived with the front glass cracked and just felt cheaply made overall. You really do get what you pay for. This one, though still fairly reasonably priced, really, is leaps and bounds above the quality of the first one we bought. It arrived well-packaged for shipping, in perfect condition, and it feels much richer. The hinges are metal, not just in the corners, but also along the back, so they'll last forever. The little pillows to put the watched on are soft and supple, the dividers are sturdy and strong, and there is plenty of clearance between the tops of his precious (gigantic) watches and the glass of the case top. I would buy this again in a heartbeat (and may have to if his collection continues to grow...) It would also make an excellent gift. Highly recommend! A+++++

Attractive, expensive, poorly designed, dangerous closure
This watch case is attractive and holds 24 watches in average (not particularly large) leather-like pillows. I like the faux carbon fiber material. And it's well packaged, and presents well as a gift. However, the bezel (looking down on the watches with the cover closed) is TOO WIDE. It hides a good portion of the watches in the case. One of the features in any watch case is to be able to fully view the watches WITHOUT having to open the case. This does a mediocre job at that. BEZEL IS TOO WIDE.Further, the case is poorly designed. A key feature is being able to open the case without having to unlock or unlatch a fastener or key. It saves space, particularly if you keep the case in a drawer. UNFORTUNATELY, the latch on this case is an UNFINISHED piece of stainless steel that is poorly cut. When it closes you must be careful it does not CUT or SCRATCH you! It's DANGEROUS. If you let the glass top fall on your hand while you place or remove a watch, it WILL CUT YOU!The manufacturer needs to smooth the edges of the steel, round them or completely REMOVE the guillotine that is there now. TERRIBLE design. It's too expensive to have such an obvious design flaw.

Looks great on the outside but subpar on the inside.
The good-The exterior has a faux carbon fiber look to it. If you’re okay with this, get it. If not, think twice. You can’t tell the pattern as much from far away but up close it’s very apparent. The build quality is sturdy. Doesn’t feel cheap but doesn’t scream LUXURY. It’s better than most typical amazon watch boxes.Packaging was top notch. I actually use the box it came in for my straps and tools. The bad-The watch holders are small and dainty. They have too much play and wish they were a little bigger. My watches fit fine but when you put them inside the watch box slots, the pillows don’t stay and just move around freely. The watches don’t look presentable. OR it could be the dimensions of the slots are too big and uneven for the holders. I hated how the watches looked crooked so I had to fix it by buying little black pillows and putting them in the bottom so the holders stay in place.Overall I’m meh. I don’t hate it or love it. For the price, I’m not gonna cry about it. You can tell where the cheaped out and where the detail went to.
