Glowing LED Color Mood Changing Digital Alarm Clock

I wanted a nice clock to replace my old digital alarm clock that was wired to the wall. I received the package fairly fast and inside was an all white cube with instructions. The instructions were in broken English, but I still understood the gist of it. When I powered on the clock, I got a pleasant New Years song. The LCD display is large and high quality with very crisp contrast. It was a very surprising intro. The colors that are advertised do work, but only when there are 4 AAA batteries within it. It can also work an ac adapter. I found an ac adapter around the house(not included) and used it. The colors are bright and excellent. When it is in off mode, if you tap the top of the clock the colors will transition in a very dim lit fashion, perfect for during sleep. The clock features quite a few alarm clock sounds and it also displays the temperature.~--->The best thing I found about this clock was the fact that if it is plugged into the wall and the power goes out, the clock will not rest because the clock itself is powered by the button cell batteries. The actual lights are powered either by the ac adapter or 4 AAA batteries. I hope this helps!

Great clock w the night light colors, but it needs to be in military time, no a.m. or p.m. switch. Also, cannot shut off the alarm once you set it. Just disappointed but the price was right...

At first glance, you can tell this clock is cheaply made. Two of the buttons on the one we got were reversed, so that took some figuring out. The light does not work well. I bought this for my 6 year old and while he did think the lights were cool, I'm not sure they have ever worked properly. The button on the bottom that allows you to push the clock down to start the light motion is very sensitive and the lights would sometimes blink erratically unless we turned it on it's side. Also, the alarm is difficult to turn off, it is a small button on the bottom of the clock. Nothing like the over-sized snooze button we are all used to. Overall, we were not satisfied with this purchase at all.

This was a really neat idea. I got this for my best friend who was bedridden. She was fascinated by the changing colors. It was also a way for her to keep up with the date and time. It does take up a lot of battery power, though, when you use the changing colors a lot.

This "clock" had all the info I wanted plus. It's small, very inexpensive, includes temp, alarm, day/date and even changes colors. It takes a while to get it all set up but then it gives you everything you want to know at a glance.

Pros: It's cheap, display is big, has a dc port, says the time, day, month, temperature, and year. It has an alarm and the buttons are easy to navigate once you begin to use them. Changes color (red, blue and green) when you press a button sometimes or when it wants to.Cons: If you are not using DC 4.5 volt power, you will need 2 sets of batteries (4 AA for the light, and 2 round silver lithium-ion batteries, I don't know which one.) If you insert the wrong voltage into the DC and leave it there for 5 seconds, it will burn up very fast and the light won't work. Also, the instruction says it has 7 modes: birthday, time, alarm, and 4 more. However, only mine has time and alarm. Plus, I have only seen the colors red, blue, green, cyan sometimes, yellow very rarely, and orange once. Plus when you put the AA batteries in they easily pop out, the light stops working, and it is very annoying.Conclusion: Your basic alarm clock. Other features are OK. Good for kids but not for adults.

The size and functions of this little clock were perfect for my kids' bedside tables. They loved the changing colors of the inner light. The clock takes two kinds of batteries; the batteries that power the colored light inside are easily replaceable. But after a year, the batteries that power the display went dead, and it has been impossible to find replacements because they are an uncommon kind. Otherwise great, and I feel like I got my money's worth with a year of use.

I thought I got a great deal on these. WHen I purchased there were not a lot of reviews and they looked pretty okay so I took a chance. It was a waste. I bought 2 thinking one for my daughter and one for the gift closet. I would be too embarrassed to ever give it as a gift and I don't want to waste the batteries (it doesn't come with a plug which was a surprise)for my daughter. I guess I just donate it somewhere or toss it. At almost $9 for two it isn't worth the hassle to return.
