Flexzilla Retractable Enclosed Plastic Air Hose Reel, 3/8 in. x 50 ft., Heavy Duty, Lightweight, Hybrid, ZillaGreen - L8250FZ

I purchased two of these Air Hose Reels. One for inside my shop on the ceiling and the second for my garage (also on the ceiling). Mounting instructions are crystal clear and the units operate flawlessly. I even decided to get the Flexzilla retractable tri-port electric reel. You cannot go wrong with these hose reels!

Hose reel was exactly as described. Arrived quickly works fantastic. Considerably better price than any of my local retailers.

The hose will not rewind completely. This product relys on the outer surface of the hose being perfectly clean and lubricated to fully retract. This product would likely work great in a hospital. It however doesn’t work in a shop application. Nice flexible hose, just plan on having 4’-6’ hanging out of the reel when not in use.

My old reel took a dump and stopped retracting in my home garage. So I was looking at the Flexzilla hose now for a little while and decided to pull the trigger. The hose ends are anodized and work well. If your hose end takes a dump you will need to get a special kit from Flexzilla just type in "Flexzilla hose repair" and you will find it. Found that one out later but so be it. The hose does not link up and unlike any of the other guys my hose retracts just fine even with the air pumped up. So that was not an issue for me.
