I have been ordering this product for several years. I stay in the various shades of browns. The color is easy to apply and I do it myself - which avoids the cost of going to a hairdresser. The ingredients leave my hair feeling smooth. The package comes with gloves and a plastic cap. There is no conditioner included, but I just use a conditioner I purchase from Sprouts or Whole Foods. Because of my grays, the color will last 2 - 3 weeks for me. I can't imagine going to the hairdresser every 3 weeks - egads, the cost. Appreciate that the ingredients are natural. Although the jar may look small, it is enough for a touchup on my hair. My hair is below the bra strap. Also, keep in mind there is no cap if for some reason you have extra and want to save for next time. As for me, I just use the whole bottle each time. Great price and ordering it as a package, when there are several included, is a better choice and wiser for us consumers.

No allergy dye

I have been using this product (usually the dark brown) for many years and have been very happy with it. However, the last batch I ordered from Amazon (a six pack for $$$) was grainy and clogged my applicator, which made for quite a mess. I would have been OK with all that had the product placed color on my hair but it failed there too. I have reached out to the company but have yet to hear back from them. Unfortunately, the window has closed to return this. Thinking it was just a bad batch I bought another two bottles from another retailer and had the same issue. Luckily I had the chocolate color on hand and that color was not compromised. So I have spent a lot of money on a product that is apparently faulty and I'm not happy.

I love this product, easy to use 100% cover the grey and last longer than the powder henna.
