~~~Updated to elevate to '5' rating to reflect quality of shoes - my review is to forewarn others with similar shoe allergy problems - yes there are many of us.It is rare I post a review here on the Amazon platform but I want to communicate my most recent KEEN experience.Normally I am a KEEN shoe champion, having purchased several dozen pairs (between my wife and I). About a decade ago I was looking for shoes that were made without traditional glues and adhesives as I have severe reaction (aka dermatitis/blisters/etc.). Not only am/was challenged with allergy, I wear a size 15 (49), making the sourcing of shoes I could wear successfully more difficult. I discovered KEEN shoes and have had great experiences with them, until now.I began wearing them as I always do with a new pair and discovered to my horror and great disappointment I had developed blisters/dermatitis (I know it was these shoes as the pattern of the dermatitis was the same as these shoes).It appears these shoes were manufactured (in Cambodia) using glue/adhesives, based on my skin reaction. So, if you experience similar challenges with allergies etc., be forewarned that your next pair might result in similar experiences.This may or may not now be part of KEEN's manufacturing process in order to streamline or "improve" customer satisfaction, they would have to explain and be transparent.Disappointed...extremely so (although I have since purchased a pair of KEEN canvas shoes).

The search is over, I wear them everywhere, everyday, will not buy any other brand.

Can use it in any occasion, these sandals protect the feet, while letting them breath. They can get wet, they don't smell and they last. I have been using them for years in harsh environments and since no more hiking boots for me.
