Good serum, goes bad too quickly
While I like the idea that NuFountain makes fresh serums for their customers, I also know how sensitive Vit C serums can be to heat and oxidation. One time, in the summer, this product arrived to my mailbox and it was very hot (you could tell it had been on the UPS truck a while). Unless you are prepared to go to your fridge every night, and retrieve your Vitamin C serum (because that's what you really need to do with this product to keep it fresh), I'd recommend a more stable brand of Vit C. I've had a couple of bottles of this stuff and it always oxidizes/ smells bad before I get to the bottom of the bottle which equals a waste of money.

Great Hydrator
My order arrived a couple of days ago and I couldn't wait to try it.That night I used it at bedtime. Skin flushed (no pain) & I think that was due to the niacin. Product was applied to freshly cleansed skin. I used 5 drops and product took about a 1/2 hr to soak completely in. The next evening I applied a 65% lactic acid peel that has Kojic acid in it. Neutralized and applied this serum. It took about 20 min to soak in. I was up late so I was able to check on my skin. I am happy! Normally my skin really looks dehydrated after a peel but this serum helped with that. This a.m. washed face with vit c serum, lactic acid toner and applied serum. Still took about 20 minutes to soak in. However my skin does not look dry! My skin does not itch like crazy as the skin heals from the peel. Aaahhhh. I will purchase again just because of the hydration. I will be applying this to my chest and neck as well. With summer coming will wear clothing that shows more skin.Pricing is awesome. Instructional video on their web site is very helpful. Can't go wrong.

Results creeps up on you! UPDATED...
First, it does have a bit of a sting to this the firt few times yu use it. But that goes away for the most part. I still get a bit right around my nose.WARNING - dont put this through eyebrows if you have them tatooed!Anyway, I've been using it for about three weeks now, even putting some drops on the tops of my hands (yeah, never thought about suntan lotion on them while driving... I sure do now!)Use it morning and at night; hands too. Wait like the instructions say, then apply my light night cream.A high school bud dropped by yesterday, and I havent seen him for about 5-6 weeks. He took one look at me and asked if I'd gotten something done. "Nope", I replied."Photofacial?" "Nuhuh"."Chemical peel?" "oh he** no, I have such delicate skin".So he said,"Well, I know you're not in love or you'd have called me"... LOLI showed him the little bottle I keep in my fridge.He says he's getting some for himself and his lady.Later, I took a good look at my face, and now I wish I had taken some before pix of the age, brown spots on my cheek. I do put an extra dab on those spots after I got the face and neck done.I also think my hands look better and not so dried looking, and those spots seem to be fading as well.I think puttng a good light cream in your eyebrows and let die before applying this would help keep it from fading them more.All in all, I will be ordering more!UPDATE: Im ordering the 3-for 2 and it'll last me a while. Even with putting it on the tops of my hands, I got almost 40+ days out of one bottle. Kept in the fridge and would have dropper suck up the fluid before I took it out; put it in my palm and closed it up. Then would get a smaller amount in the dropper and put it on the top of my left hand, put the stopper back and then rub with my hand tops together ...sound a bit complicated?Not for the results!!That spot I keep having to do a photofacial on is almost gone - I have a grou**n for one and will use it to really get to the spot, but wont need to use it on my chest - looks amazing and the wrinkling there has been reduced a LOT. I'll get them to zap the rest of the sun spots on my hands and then keep on applying this amazing stuff on the face and the hands.HINT - I use a nice soaking organic facial lotion after I've left this dry on my face n hand tops in the morning. Then after that dries, I put on my sunscreen. It helps the sunscreen to stay "on the top" of your skin and lessens the possible bad s/screen ingredients from seeping into your pores.Oh yeah, pores. What pores????Seriously, they are almost gone, and I was getting some enlarged ones.Start with the 10% if you think you're too sensitive to the 20%. Then see about this formula. Even if you just use the 20% on your hands - the stuff is AMAZING.{Oops, sorry - I keep using the "A-word", but in this case, it really fits!}

Ok at first but had issues
I originally saw some improved clarity in my skintone and my occasional breakouts almost disappeared. It wasn't a miraculous improvement but I was pleased with the results. Then the subsequent bottle I ordered burned my face badly. I was using only about 3-4 drops, same as before. It made my face sting, burn and turn red for a couple of weeks. The itching/irritation was so bad my face swelled up in hive like red spots in places after applying this. I was not using any new product or introduced any new product into my skin or haircare routine during this time. I contacted NuFountain and their customer service was both dismissive and skeptical which kind of took me aback. They claimed that I could not be possibly having a reaction to their product. I asked for a replacement and did receive it within 1 week although they weren't in any way apologetic or concerned for my issues with the bottle. Since I got the replacement bottle in 1 week I consider that pretty good turn around. The replacement bottle seems to work fine too. I will recommend this to people who perhaps don't have sensitive skin - I do and maybe that was the problem although I never had any issues with my first order or the replacement bottle. I did like the product and had a nice glow while it worked although I don't think I will be using going forward.Update: Since my original review and feedback NuFountain emailed me asking me to change my feedback/review. They admitted that sometimes customers experience similar reaction to mine due to the nature of L ascorbic acid and its reaction to individual skin.
