Ideal
I liked how bright the lights are and the different flashing capabilities, but on the other hand I feel the lights drain battery power too fast. Besides that these are awesome lights for runners.

Not worth it
Battery life is extremely short. You will have to change batteries all the time. I’d find a rechargeable option. I’m a mail carrier & need as many lights as possible to see & be seen at night. Light is bright & helps you see what’s in front of you

Light up any activity with these shoe lights!!
These are wonderful and keep you safe! Makes a very relaxed walk and run in the dark!! Buy them for yourself or great for gifts for hikers, runners or walkers.

Distracting
I planned on using these for my morning walks. Brightness was fine but the light continuing to flash under my eyes was very distracting. Also the lights one the left shoe were completely off by the end of the walk. They were bran new batteries out of an unopened package. I would not recommend these.

Bright and easy to use (I like that I can easily switch them between running shoes).
They suck up battery life. I only get about 60-90 minutes out of them before I have to switch out batteries. At this rate I'll be going through 6-8 triple A batteries a week. I'm going to try and remove batteries when done using to see if that prolongs battery life. I'll update if it works.
