The pickguard features: --Brand new Fender Custom Shop Texas Special pickups --Brand new Fender 60s style 5 way toggle switch --Brand new Fender CTS pots (top quality, if you know them) --The same American-made top quality cotton wrapped (shielded) wires used in Fender Custom Shop (Double-cloth jacket has a waxed cotton outer braid and a Celanese inner braid just like Leo used). --High quality no lead soldering tin free from oxidation (the same used on high end stereo system) --There are two long lead wires (one hot, one ground) soldered to the volume pot (not shown in the picture). So all you need to do is connect these two wires to your output jack. Easy installation.

Really glad I bought these, don't stress the price - if you want that SRV sound it starts with these! The pickups got Alnico 5 slugs I believe, like an ACTUAL magnet none of that ceramic sh*t (those aren't too bad tho). All the knob & attachments were same color, no knicks, marks, or anything missing. Came with all packages and boxes used- clearly done professionally.All the hot wires are already attached the only thing you gotta solder together is all the grounds. I did a really sh*tty job (made a mess) but they still came out sounding great! 1st time I ever soldered anything.

Awesome. I have a 56 reissue so I have less screw holes than normal strats. Super straightforward to install. Keep your old ground wire. 3 contact solder. And my baby is back! Great work!
