Lipster Medicated Lip Balm with 1% Hydrocortisone (3 pack)

Holy grail product for me. I am not exaggerating when I say I have had chapped lips for over a decade and this has completely resolved it. COMPLETELY. Sometimes my lips were less chapped, sometimes they were more chapped but they were ALWAYS chapped. A couple months ago, after a particularly bad period of cracking and bleeding lips, I started to research. I began to think I must be allergic to chapsticks. I discovered after stopping all lip products that I have the most severe reaction to Burts Bees and EOS -- my two favorites and likely what had been causing the severe reactions. I stopped everything, and while my lips improved, they were still chapped. After the necessary mourning period, I decided to try to find something that would truly HEAL my lips and finally get them smooth and normal. This led to a long search and ultimately to this product. I put it on before bed and I swear to God, after the first night, my lips were softer than I can ever remember them being in my entire life. No flakes, no peeling, no cracks. It was unreal. My fiancé, who I've been with for 9 years, commented that it was the first time he'd seen my lips not chapped and said it felt like he was kissing a different woman 😂 So thankful for this healing product and I look forward to no longer dealing with the cracking and bleeding I've dealt with for my entire life.

I never had any problems with any chapsticks until one day I had a SEVERE allergic reaction to a Vaseline brand lip moisturizer and my lips were swollen and painful and blistered. After that reaction I couldn't even use plain coconut oil on my lips without blistering. I could only dab hydrocortisone cream on them. I've relied on chapstick my whole life and felt lost when I couldn't use anything anymore. I went to a holistic store and purchased multiple different "all natural, hypoallergenic" lip balms and I had a reaction with every single one. I stumbled upon this lifesaving chapstick one day and it has changed my life! I have to use it every night so during the day I can use plain Burt's Bees without a reaction. I'm not sure what my allergy truly is to but this stuff is amazing! It does have a yucky taste from the hydrocortisone but if you're careful and don't lick your lips or eat or drink with it on you don't even taste it. A 3 pack has lasted me almost a year with nightly use.

This stuff is a life saver for anyone who gets split lips. I'm on Accutane so my lips are super dried out and I always split my lips in the corners of my mouth, which is very painful every time I open my mouth. And no matter how much moisturizing chapstick I put in the corners, they still split and last at least a week usually. This hydrocortisone chapstick fixes the problem in less than a day; no joke. I roll this stuff in the corner of my mouth where the split is and in less than 24 hours it's almost, if not fully, healed. It's honestly a life saver and a must-have for the winter time, even if you're not on Accutane. I only use it on the target spots though because of how bad it tastes when I lick my lips. For the rest of my lips I use regular moisturizing chapstick. But just for those occasions when I get a split lip, this is 100% worth the buy. Do yourself a favor and never suffer with a split lip again!

I like this product. 2nd time ordering this product. I like the way it makes my lips feel. It lasts for a couple of hours then I reapply. When I reapply before bedtime, it lasts through morning. I would recommend this product.

This lip balm has worked better than expected! My daughter went on Accutane and her doctor warned of severely chapped lips. He recommended she use Dr. Dan's medicated lip balm (which he happened to sell in his office). We bought it and when it was empty I got on Amazon.com and searched for more of it. This brand, Lipster came up in my search. It was a little less expensive than the other one so I ordered it. My daughter likes it better. She says it goes on smoother and feels better. Best of all, no chapped lips with this medicine! She will also rub a little on dry spots on her skin and it works there too. When it was time to reorder and I asked which brand she wanted, Lipster was her preference. And the shipping is very fast. I've only had this lip balm for 2 days and if I could give it a million stars I would honestly. So I've been scratching below my bottom lip for months. Ive been using Neosporin, Eucerin/Aquaphor, aloe lotions, over the counter cortisone cream.. nothing worked. I was still itching so bad and uncontrollably that I would break the skin. I looked like I had an infection honestly. I tried makeup to cover it, reapplying so many times a day it was ridiculous. The make up would cake up and I'd look like I was peeling under my lip everyday.. so professional an attractive right? I took a chance with this lip balm and I haven't scratched since using it. My skin looks normal, no more red irritated skin. All I do is put it on a nice coat a few times a day. I am in love!!!

This lip balm saved my lips!! I was on accutane for 7 months and I never would have made it through without it. My lips would get so painfully dry and dehydrated it hurt just to talk. After 4 weeks on the medication I found this balm and never looked back.
