Great for entry-level home recording studio
Purchased this in lieu of outfitting my walls with sound absorbing foam panels. This creates wonderfully dry and crisp voice recordings and is a snap to set up and move around! And a lot cheaper than properly echo-proofing a whole room.The only reason it's not a perfect 5/5 is due to the small clearance given for the microphone, even with the included extending bar. I have a Blue Snowball + Ringer shock mount, which barely fits in the area in front of this shield. There is zero clearance behind the Snowball, resulting in the USB cable being bent pretty harshly. I imagine different mic setups would fit better, but I would have appreciated an extra 2 cm in the length of the included metal bar so it could accommodate clunky mic setups like mine.Overall, though, great value for money. Will probably invest in a different mic stand/arm to better utilise this growing complexity of hardware.

Smaller than I expected
Smaller than I expected, but it fits perfectly on my tripod stand which is a plus. It came with all its parts and was easy to screw things on. The microphone, shock mount, and pop filter ARE NOT included with this product. Just the shield alone. The quality is decent, but more soundproofing is needed to get the desired studio sound quality(which is why I put my set up in my closet). Other that, it’s okay for the price.

This item works exactly how it should
This item is great to block out noise for your microphone. I use this almost everyday for my streaming, YouTube, and online meeting purposes. Wish it had a better base but none the less it is a great buy
