Stepped Bottle Adaptors [12mm-15mm] for Enfit Syringes ISO 80369-3 (10)

These are fab however the syringes is have are too big to attach to draw liquid up can anyone advise syringe that fits this?

Not as described only 1 size and the smallest size too not hygienically packaged just threw in an envelope, wouldn't recommend this product, put 1 star as couldn't go any lower. False advertising.
