My waist is 33 so it's just perfect to me. If your waist is less than 33 I think you should avoid it because it might not fit you.Quality is top notch

Not good for providing stability to the back while lifting weights. Plus the fitting is horrible. It Can only fit people with a good amount of fat on their tummies. Not suitable for people with waist less than 36 inches

Good for lightweight gym activity. The support it provides to back is not as good as leather belts and the material bends more easily than leather belts. So can be good for lightweight or home gym. But not if you are going to do heavy weight squats or dead lifts etc. the polyester material also make it a bit slippery and you need to keep adjusting it.

Don't go on the brandname, the quality is of product is good but of the hook is poor making this belt worthless. The hook that is used to tighten the belt across waist will not hold and will bend out of shape.Not recommended. Returned.
