The best vinegar you will ever have. Your dinner guests will rave all night over your salad
I paid more then $50 for this vinegar at a local gourmet shop and was delighted to find it here at this price. If you mix this vinegar with a little bit of soy sauce, you will have a dressing that makes your dinner guests turn away from whatever else you're serving and gobble up your cucumber or fennel salad. Once in a while, you find a product that is so outstanding it's worth paying much more than you would expect to for it. This vinegar is a case in point. It would make the best ever Christmas present for a foodie friend. I bought an extra one for just that purpose, but I'm already regretting letting go of it. I hope they continue to sell it here. Trust me! If you try it once, you will be a repeat customer! I made a watermelon, feta, chopped basil salad and just drizzled this on it. It barely made it to the plates, then disappeared like magic. I have tried dozens of white balsamic vinegar. Not one of the even comes close.

Expensive but amazing! Worth every penny!
This beautiful but smaller than I anticipated bottle of white balsamic vinegar arrived in a big box, totally enveloped in many layers of bubble wrap so that there was no way it could possibly have broken. Half the bubble wrap would have been enough and would have saved the seller some shipping cost and it STILL would not have broken. I finally got through all the wrapping and the plastic sealing the bottle and tasted it on a finger - OMG it is SO GOOD!!!!!!! Mellow and sweet! No harsh bite. This is going to be so good on my salad, I won't need to use the honey-infused vinegar any more!

Lovely on berries
I love this vinegar sprinkled on fresh fruit, especially berries. I first purchased in a store and believe I paid $75. The bottles I have purchased from this vendor are much darker in color. Not sure if this means it is old or if it matters that it’s old. I think it’s a little sweeter.

Amazing White Balsamic Vinegar
Amazing White Balsamic Vinegar. Love this stuff, especially in a salad where you toss freshly sliced summer peaches with the white balsamic vinegar, a small amount of good olive oil and a pinch of salt, then serve it with a piece of burrata and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Wonderful White
If you like white balsamic vinegar, this is the one. Expensive, yes, but the rich flavor is worth it. The whites that you find in most groceries are thin and astringent. A good red balsamic costs a lot, so the same should be true of the whites, which is used, I think, in dishes where red would make the dish look dark or "dirty."
