I really like these. I ordered them in a small and a medium to test the sizing. The small fits my body, except for the arm length is quite short. 5’7 150lbs size 6 Thermal underwear are supposed to be shorter in the arms so they don’t poke out of your shirt or sweater however, these are almost three-quarter length. With that still effective and got me comfortably through a week in Iceland. And I sleep in them on colder nights. Very cozy and a good value.

I am exceptionally pleased with the silk longjohns. You never know until you get the product, and I was a little bit wary of ordering a size small, although according to the size chart, that was the right size.I am 5’6”, 125 pounds, with a small bust, a definite waist, and generous hips. Both the top and bottom fit me perfectly. The bottoms are made with a crotch gusset, not just two flat halves put together. This makes them fit very nicely and easily, much better than others I have tried. The fabric itself is very lightweight, but does not feel at all cheap. They truly do feel luxurious. I have not yet washed them, so I don’t know how they will hold up, but I’m sure they will do fine with very gentle washing. I’m going to a wedding in November, and the outside temperatures will be freezing. The blouse I want to wear is black velvet, and, a very thin material for the sleeves, and I wanted not to be cold. These black longjohns with the V-neck will give me the warmth I need and not make it look like I’m wearing thermal underwear. I absolutely will be buying these in another color. Highly recommended.

Silk is heavenly under clothing, and it does help insulate. I only wish the neckline were more of a t-shirt type, as we live in the mountains and if I'm wearing long johns, I especially want my chest covered. I know some others don't like anything showing underneath, but it sort of defeats the purpose of the item to have such a wide area on your chest uncovered. Otherwise these long johns are perfect.

Previous orders were good so this was disappointing. Waist band to crotch was too short. Will not buy from this company again. Also the lower legs were binding and too tight. Odd, since my legs are long and slim.

The fabric is lovely- smooth and a nice weight. Wish it fit! I only tried on the bottoms. Usually wear L, but ordered XL to be on the safe side. Still too small. The size chart says 31"-39" for the waist. When measured it's barely 31". There's also something odd about the construction; feels like it's on backward even when it isn't, like the back and front are the same.

I bought these for a cold weather cruise around the tip of South America. They were great to keep me warm without being bulky. Since then I wear them under clothes in the winter and I stay warm. Silk is so luxurious. I just love the way it feels. I have also slept in the top. I highly recommend this set.

The fabric itself is quite lovely, unfortunately, the pants don't fit well. The cracks bunches up, and as you can see in the photograph, one leg is much longer than the other. What a shame I paid a lot of money for this long set, and find myself terribly disappointed.
