I have POTS and possible hEDS and compression garments are the difference between being upright or bedridden. After much research I found that many people like myself benefit from corsets.While any corset might help with blood pressure, posture, keeping the joints in place and relieving coat hanger pain they are not all made equal.I got this on a lightning deal figuring I'd try it for the price. Taking into account other reviews I bought a size down from what I normally wear. I am 5'6" and 180. I normally wear an xl.This corset is well made, thick and sturdy. It fits my torso perfectly and with the extender, I can get it to the second hook row.Hubs was thrilled as it smoothed my tummy and erased the appearance of my baby weight.It offers great back support, looks great, and works wonderfully, for my needs.

Comfiest waist trainer ever! I do wish it was like an inch or two longer cause I’m 5’2 and it still doesn’t cover everything I want it to.Also, SIZE DOWN! Very stretchy. I got a medium after reading reviews, and probably could’ve gotten a small. I’m usually a 12 in pants and wear a Medium or Large shirt. Overall super solid, wore all day at work with no discomfort.

This is one of the most comfortable waist trainers I have ever tried (and I have tried A LOT). This maintains it's shape and doesn't bunch up, which is a non-negotiable for me. The color is so cute. It's supportive without being too constricting, but you absolutely need to size down at least one size.I'm a size small shirt and I got an xs, I should have gotten the xxs. The extender is comes with is great but I don't need it and to wear it at a very comfortable, not too tight setting, imon the second hook level. I can pretty easily get to the first hooks, so I will be repurchase in xxs when I feel the need to. I just wish I had started with the smaller size because they do provide that extender.Overall, this is great! The only thing I wish it had that it doesn't is a slightly higher back, but aside from that I'm very happy with this purchase.

I ordered this according to the size chart. I actually got it a size smaller. The largest size it should fit was a couple inches smaller than my waist. It arrived and even at the tightest setting, it was way too loose. It did not offer any compression and at the top it was too wide to even come in contact with me.It does seem well made. The materials feel nice and the construction seems very good. Unfortunately, I can't tell if it works well because it's way too large.

I’m 5’ 4” 202 lb and got the 2X. It fits great with the extender and is well made! It’s a thick material. I make sure to wear a cami or a tank top between it and my skin. But it helps with my posture and warming up my torso while working out, and helping to shape my waist! I wouldn’t use this like under a dress as shapewear. And thankfully it came with the extender because I do need it (although I’m only like one hook set away from not needing it).

This waist trainer is good, it’ll snatch you up. I was trying to buy one to work out in but this one is so tight i’m too scared to move in it 🤣🤣🤣

Not flimsy or thin. Material is strong and durable. Feels really nice when on especially for back issues. I’m a large ordered medium, fits well. Wear it a couple of hours a day for starters.there is a chance you will feel out of breathe but keep at it. Also helps in making you feel full sooner if eating with it on. I’m quite surprised at how much I like it for being an Amazon product that you can’t touch and feel before purchasing. No strange scent.
