Queen and the Cross (Tales and Legends)

Such a cute book! However on the description is says hardback and I received a very small paperback. I was going to return and buy again if I had not seen another review stating this. So just beware when you purchase, you are purchasing a small paperback book not a big hardback. I would recommend not buying on here, spend the extra $2-3 to get the big actual hardback version from a Catholic source!

My children ages 6, 5, and 3 love this book. The illustrations are charming! Perfect book to read during Lent/Good Friday. Pauline Books and Media have many other great children's books about the saints including Brigid and the Butter, and The Sword and the Cape, which is a story about St. Martin of Tours.

Such a well done book! The story is beautiful and the illustrations are incredible! Written by a Ukrainian Catholic Presbytera, it stays true to our Easter Catholic and Orthodox traditions.

Exceptional book for recounting the story of our parishes patron saint even for our adult women's Saturday group

I gave this book to my five year old granddaughter whose name is Ilona...which is Helen in Hungarian...for her baptism. We both loved the story and the illustrations. It's a wonderful book and I would recommend it.
