Outstanding.
Best bit of tech I’ve come across in a long time. Price had me thinking twice. However - no regrets. The data I get from this allows me to work out how effective my training and nutrition are with actual facts, and make informed adjustments from there. Wish I’d had one of these 10yrs ago. App is excellent. Breakthrough technology.

Great!! But a couple of tech issues
When this scale works, it is great! Tracks weight, muscle mass, fat %, and more. However, like most BIA scales the reading do need to be taken with a grain of salt. % can fluctuate depending on diet, hydration, what time of day the reading was taken, etc.The main issue was difficulty pairing this scale with phone (Google pixel 6). I ended up having to pair with a Samsung tablet and it works just fine now. Don't know if it was just a me thing but just wanted to place this out there. If you want a more accurate BIA scale than some of the cheaper models, recommend this option.

Distinguished with other cheap body scales
I think inbody's body scale is superior to other competitives in accuracy which is most important thing to me.

Not accurate at all. Waste of money.
I had high hopes for this product. The body fat readings it gave were consistent (plus or minus 2%) at first. Had me between 20-18%. Which is what I thought, or close to it. Then, after about a week, the numbers started dropping. Dropped down to 13-14%. Now, I am in the gym 4-5 days per week consistently. I work my but off. But a 5% drop in BF in a span of 2-3 weeks….impossible! Then the readings stayed in the 13-15% range. I was hopeful that the higher readings had been wrong and I was actually 13-15%. Then, I went to a medical facility and had a bone density scan that also read my BF. Has an accuracy of +\- .1%. I was 20.5% BF. I knew the medical facilitator, and they let me come back a week later. Was 20.3% this time. Went home, got on the OnBody and it read me at 13.7%. Pulled out BF calipers and got a reading of 21%!Like I said, I had high hopes for this. For the money I spent, I would hope that it was fairly accurate. I know it’s not a true medical device, but still expected more.Spend 15 dollars on BF calipers and do it the old fashion way.The scale part was accurate at least!!!
