I have tried many MP3 players and they have all gone back with issues.This one is a keeper - easy to use, easy to upload music and videos and I'm not "down with the kids" with technology.The volume is fantastic even with blue tooth headphones and I like my music deafeningly loud!Totally 100% recommend and I am extremely fussy.Don't forget people like to complain but they never compliment things and let it be known.

Wanted a mp3 player that can pair wirelessly with my Sennheiser Momentum earphone. This Tengsen has BT 5.0 same as my Sennheiser. I trusted Tengsen claim of - BLUETOOTH 5.0 WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY FOR WIRELESS LISTENING. Sadly it failed to meet it.On receipt, after lot of efforts I could pair and connect the earphone but it got disconnected of its own in about 10 minutes. The BT feature in the player had also gone "off". After lot of efforts I could pair and connect the earphone second time but it again got disconnected in about 25 minutes. Surprisingly at the end the built in speaker also became active, could not isolate the speaker.Next the Player would not connect.I tried again in the evening but the player did not recognize the Sennheiser anymore. Repeated attempts sadly, failed to pair. The Sennheiser connects with iphone or my laptop effortlessly. I could not keep on trying to connect this player.As main criteria was a BT compatible mp3 player, I have no option but to return it.

It’s easy getting music and films on this device and wired headphones or Bluetooth both work great. Get a decent sized memory card and you can put thousands of music files and hundreds of films on it. Battery lasts for ages and charges quickly. For the price, you can’t buy better!

The sound is very good however once added music, there is no function to filter music via albums, artist,ect, there is a limit to create only 5 playlists, and can't rename them? Can't rename tracks or even delete them from device. So needs a computer to do all this which is long for a simple function.. And this is only something I have observed after a couple of hours of having it.. The fact functions are so limited, I know it will start to annoy me so im considering sending back which is a shame.. I liked the fact it had a built in speaker which is what made me choose this one over the other options.. I guess my search for a great affordable MP3 player continues...

Excellent, budget, portable video/audio player. Battery life very good. My son uses it on his journey to school.

I was disappointed on this purchase on a few factors, but first the positives:The build quality on the outside is good, very solid feeling.The functions lay out was goodThe sound quality was good once I managed to connect itDisappointing issues spoiled it for me.First it was difficult to get the unit to recognise any Bluetooth receiver, I had three I could try it on.Once I had connected it I found the range was quite simply appalling only line of site to a receiving unit and that was just 2 meters perhaps 2.5 meters. For Bluetooth 5 certainly not what I would expect. I suspect my unit was faulty on the Bluetooth, I cannot imagine anyone thinking 2.5 meters was ok.The screen does need to be looked at head on.the navigation buttons can be twitchy requiring firm pushes.

The media could not be loaded.  La verdad, viendo tanta negatividad por parte de la gente a este producto me asustó, pero decidí creer en ese 48% que le daba 5 estrellas. Y no me arrepiento de nada!!!Una de las quejas era que no podías tener más de 5 listas de reproducción en la música y, aunque en teoría es cierto, porque la app de música solo te deja eso, la verdad es que tu desde la computadora puedes hacer tus carpetas y, en vez de entrar a donde dice "música" te metes a la carpeta que esta hasta abajo del menú que dice "Navegador" y listo, tu música acomodada (en el video que mandé se puede ver mejor como encontrar tus carpetas de música). El volumen del dispositivo es bueno y si puedes ver películas en la sección de "video"La conexión de Bluetooth no me a fallado, que es de lo que se quejaba la gente. Y las fotos se ven en una resolución buena (claro no es lo que se ve en un celular pero para ser un mp4 la verdad me dejó encantada porque crei que se verían pixeliadas o algo).Puedes personalizar tu Fondo de pantalla, el de bloqueo no. El peso del aparato es normal. Vi a algunos decir que era muy pesado, pero supongo yo que estaban acostumbrados a algo más chico o Delgado porque el peso me parece bien, me da esa sensación de que no es frágil. Viene con una funda transparente lo cual me gustó porque puedo poner fotos atrás de decoración y es un gran de talle, tomando en cuenta que es un mp4 con apariencia de mini celularLos audífonos que trae también son más de lo que pensé. No tiene fallas y se escuchan muy bien. Trae dos cables tipo c, uno corto y otro más largo.La aplicación para leer libros no la e probado y dudo hacerlo. Podría cansar la vista por que la pantalla si es grande para buscar música, ver videos y fotos, pero creo que la letra será muy chica y recomiendo que para lecturas uses algo más grande. Como llevo poco con el no sabría decir cuanto aguanta la pila pero supongo que bastante por lo que dijeron otros además de que cuando pasa unos segundos sin uso, el mp4 solito se apaga para no gastar pila.Exelente producto!! Sin duda compraré otro cuando acabe con éste.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my third touch screen MP3 player. This is by far the coolest of the lot. Comparable to the Gen 2 or 3 iPod Touch except you CANNOT install apps. It's fast, has lots of options, and does exactly what I want it to do.The Great:Speed - Substantially faster than the Timmkoo.Screen - Honestly, I can see myself watching videos on this. The screen looks really great, and 4-inches is completely watchable in a pinch. Will definitely load this down with a couple of movies for my road trip in a few weeks.EQ - The EQ is adjustable manually. You can also adjust using presets. It works very well.Construction - METAL. HEAVY. STURDY. This is the most comfortable feeling MP3 player I've had. I am not worried about this bending or breaking. This is a HEFTY BOY. Love it.Sound - Sound output is great. Works well with any BT headphones I've tried and any BT speaker I've used. I CANNOT connect to my car, however. I wasn't expecting it to, though. Works great with my wired ATH-M40X and all the other wired headphones I have, too.The Good:Features - There is no support for adding apps. Again, I didn't expect there to be. The apps that are there all seem to function well. eReader is extremely basic, but it supports several formats. FM Radio works great when you've got your wired headphones plugged in. BT connects quickly and connection doesn't drop. Voice recorder records well...Built in mic picks up a lot of ambient noises, but it is good enough for note taking. Video player, calendar, calculator, etc....all work.Case - Comes with a rubber protective case. It's clear. As long as you don't have fingerprints all over the back, this looks great and offers protection. I've dropped it several times, actually.MicroSD - Not sure how much it supports, but I've got a 128GB card in mine with about 8300 MP3 and several full movie files.Speaker - A decently loud little external speaker. Works just fine on the desk.Battery - I've been using this for a week and haven't ran out of battery. Not sure how many hours exactly, but it has been mixed use with BT, wired, and external speaker. At least 12hrs of use so far.The Okay:Loading Times - With over 8000 songs, there is a noticeable lag in loading music directories. Once you get it loaded, though, everything runs just fine and is nice and snappy.Navigation - There is a learning curve with the apps. Some settings are embedded in several different menus, so you'll want to practice with it for a few days to get comfortable with it. Not ideal for young children or older folks who can't program their VCR.Headphones - The buds that come with this are mediocre at best. Not great, not bad....They exist purely to use as an FM antennae. You'll absolutely want to use your own headphones.The Huh?:Comes with several USB-C cables for charging, transferring, and OTG. Uh....This uses MicroUSB. Luckily I have plenty of cables laying around.Final verdict - Better than the TIMMKOO! Better than Gen-1 iPod Touch. Equivalent to Gen-3 iPod Touch, except you can expand the storage. Apps are functional, if spartan, and you cannot add additional apps. As an Music/Video player, this is an amazing purchase. Highly recommend this if you're on a budget and want an all around good experience. There's a learning curve, but it is worth it.
