I enjoyed the book overall. I didn't like the 'new age' tone to some of it. I believe in the healing powers of essential oils, but not in the astrology positions. There is a lot of useful charts with basics on what oils to use for what condition. Good info for those starting out.

If you seek knowledge on the liver inside and out - this is your book! I learned so much while reading this little gem, I could not wait to turn the page!!! Excellent Book Excellent Cleanse - Excellent Author!

Found good information but a little bit shallow than I expected.

This book is a little too out of the scientific realm for me. I have a hard time with crystals and so on. She really didn't touch much on oils as I hoped she would.

Elizabeth is one of the best in the field.

I have found many useful things in this book. I have many essential oil books and I love Elizabeth Ashleys books and refer to them often. She has a lot of knowledge when it comes to essential oils

This book covers the basics and gives the reader a good amount of background information. It does not however give a detailed plan or suggest different essential oil blend recipes to be used. I feel this is a major minus point in my opinion.

I found the actual cleansing technique vague and incomplete. Even the essential oils recommendation could have been more detailed, taking care of blends.
