The Background Paper Drive Set is a pair of adapters that expand and lock securely inside the core of a roll of seamless paper. One adapter has a plastic cog that accepts a plastic drive chain, so that you can adjust the length of your background comfortably, and a tension control so the background doesn't unroll by itself due to gravity. The chain comes with a hanging chain weight to keep it taught. The Background Paper Drive Set mounts to specially made hooks that offer many mounting possibilities.

Nice option for mounting paper drive.
I took a gamble ordering this since it says it is made for a kupo paper drive system, I own a manfrotto expan setup which I have been using with autopoles. I have a few situations from time to time where the autopoles aren't ideal - such as with drop ceilings. I do have extra c-stands though and this allows me to use those instead. the C-stands do have some trickiness at the base of the stands where the legs have to be positioned in such a way as to not create a bump in my background paper but I am pleased to have that as an option now.

Buenas noches. Recibí en el día de hoy el paquete en donde compre un producto de referencia kupo disco set kg084411234 adaptador para pedestal, transmision de papel negro. Resulta que al destapar el sobré, sólo llego una pieza de la referencia. Los compre porque siempre se utilizan 2 piezas iguales montadas en un stand o trípode para fotografia. En la página está claro que se menciona la palabra SET, y esta palabra nos comunica que es el juego , o el par.. Dos unidades. Sólo me llego una, y su valor fue de $33.00 dólares. Me ayudan por favor, pues es material para trabajar y se necesita urgentemente, gracias .

Don’t buy from Kupo on here!Took a chance and lost on this one. Ordered the background baby hook and it states in the description it is a pair. The package arrived with 1 hook support not 2. No idea why someone would sell 1 hook for something like this.

Is what it is and does what it's supposed to.
It's a heavyweight drive chain weight - not much more than can or needs to be said. Definitely would buy again if needed.
