All of GRAY's wheels are handmade from high modulus carbon. Each rim is designed to give you maximum aerodynamics and minimum weight, while still retaining incredible structural strength. Structural strength is so important to GRAY that their engineers made it their primary focus. All of this has led to the production of an amazingly solid, strong and stiff rim that can handle a rider up to 240 lbs, while still maintaining an extremely light weight. Great looking set of wheels.
They are great looking wheels. All carbon and everything comes as said in the description. If you run 700X22's they are a tight fit. I suggest 23CC or larger.Update4/23/2014: I finally got these on the road and man do they feel awesome. At first you think that are heavy but get them spinning on the road and you can just take off. I ride on rough Wisconsin roads and these wheels take a little of the sting out of the bumps and pitted asphalt. I have mine fitted with Vitoria Open Course tri evo tires 700X22 and they are tight to fit. But once they are on I would say the aerodynamics are improved by the profile and that the Tri evo tire is one of the lowest rolling resistance tires out there today.

Best Bang For Your Buck
Just received these wheels yesterday, the LBS staff raved over how smooth the hubs are. Gung Ho Bikes of York PA did the install and the whole time said they liked the build and look. They test rode the bike and were impressed with the speed of my Tarmac 2014. I'm going for a LBR tonight to see if I got the best bang for my buck. So far I'm very pleased with this product and the price point. I can't gauge if they are just as good or better than the big names i.e, Zipps, Mavic, or Reynolds. I didn't give 5 stars because the quick release for the wheels didn't work. I would recommend this product if you're looking for quality and are on a budget.
