Silver Buffalo Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone Platform 9 and 3/4 Jumbo Ceramic Mug, 20-Ounces

Mug cracked as soon as hot water was put in it. I didn’t even get to use it once ☹️

We ordered this once and the mug came already with the handle broken off. So we printed off UPS label, returnded the damaged mug. Then right away ordered another mug thinking maybe it was a fluke that it broke in shipping or handling. But then within days, the second mug we ordered came in the mail. We opened the box and did not even have to take the bubble wrap off to see the second mug rim had a chip in it and a paint chip on side of mug. These mugs each were shipped to us seperately (we had not ordered anything else from this company) so the mugs were each shipped in this very tight fitting small cardboard box with just a thin bubble wrap. I think the boxes are too small and the padding too little to actually keep them from getting broken as the package handlers toss it around. I will not be ordering this a third time.*********************************I gave this only 1 star the first two times I ordered cup. I really wanted this cup so I did in fact order it a 3rd time in February 2021. It came in perfect condition, I assume because company had vastly improved the packaging. It arrived this 3rd time, with a thicker bubble wrap totally enclosing the cup; then a cardboard sleeve around the bubble wrap to keep it from shifting in the shipping box and to help insulate cup; then finally the outside cardboard box. Again, cup arrived in perfect condition. My cup did have the Grim tea leaves on inside bottom of cup. Very pleased with product.

My son and I love HP, my wife, not so much. So I got this cup and was so happy to get it, nice large size for plenty of coffee. I hand washed it, so I could have another cup later that day and did not want to wait for the dishwasher. My wife grabbed the cup to put it up, looked inside it, and saw what looked to her like it had not been washed. To the HP fan, they knew what was going on. It was a shock to her, but once I explained it, she laughed and was on board. What a wonderful coffee cup to have for the Harry Potter fan. Get one, you wont regret it.

Not as pictured!! Purchased this mug before and it had the tea leaves Grimm printed on the inside bottom of the mug. Ordered 2 more mugs and they came without the inside printed detail. That's what was so charming about the mug! I love that unexpected detail, it was the reason I ordered more. Sooo disappointed when the new mugs came without it. Went back and looked at the pictures posted online and read reviews. Both picture and reviews show the inside Grimm. Will be returning!! Boo hoo.

What a fantastic mug! At first glance it looks very plain, but once you zoom in, the red actually has subtle designs in it (the Hogwarts crest mostly I believe), and Hogwarts Express written under the 9 3/4. Inside and on the bottom is also the Grimm in the form of printed tea leaves! The design is on both sides. This mug is *huge*. I like big mugs but I mean it's truly massive. Not really a drawback, just something to note!The quality is great, it's heavy duty and I love the design. Absolutely recommend to HP fans!

Not much more I can add to the other reviews. This is an awesome cup. It is large and heavy. The printing is very well done and love the grim in the bottom of the cup. Also, the packaging was very well done and there was literally no way this was going to arrive damaged unless the delivery van drove over it. Double boxed and lots of bubble wrap. I am delighted.
