I've had these skewers over three years and they've been superlative. Be warned, the tips are extremely sharp, so you have to be careful skewering your food without skewering yourself. The flat profile makes them easy to turn, even indoors under a broiler, and they are just the right length to rest across a standard half-sheet baking pan, which makes catching drips a breeze.They're also great for outdoor use, of course.I would buy them again without question!

So I thought these were a bit hyped up. I had bought others with the slider tool and some with two prongs that seemed top of the line. So in the end these are simple straight forward and these are the best why? Well I think it has to do with the width of the blade it’s thick enough where food won’t rotate. So it serves the same purpose as the two blade ones. But the two blade ones I’ve noticed do tend to split what you put on it some. When you try to use the slider it tends to stick so your reaching for a fork anyways. The single ones with the slider tend to let the food rotate so if you flip them the food rotated back to where it was. So these Wide blade seems to solve all those problems. It’s easy to clean, food slides on and off and because it’s wide it doesn’t let the food slide around when you flip it. Simple solution and it works. I bought three different types the single prong with the slider, the dual prong with the slider and this one. I was surprised that the simplest one ended up being my favorite. The wider blade and the extra length allows you to add on just a little more and I found three of these with a mix of vegetables and shrimp replaces a whole meal and then some. And the all stayed put when I rotated them made for easier cooking. The blade slides between the prongs of a fork easily for pulling off your veggie, shrimp etc. Sometimes you don’t need to reinvent the wheel with two prongs or sliders etc. just make the blade wider as they did and flat and it solves all the problems with no need for gimmick extras. Simple effective and easier to clean. This is my new favorite thing on eating healthy more regularly.

I bought 2 sets to grill Jamaican Beef and Jerk Chicken for 110 people. They are just the right size for my home grill; 6-7 kebobs fit perfectly with no wasted space. Sharp point pierces easily without tearing.The metal makes everything cook faster- from the inside out and outside in! At a grill temp of 450 the beef cooked to medium (140 degrees F) in about 10 minutes, flipping once. The flat shape is key here; one flip after 6 minutes on a closed grill for first side and 3-4 after. We cleaned them in between batches with stainless steel sponge. I am laughing at myself because I thought I was got 12 skewers per order (didn't bother to count them when I opened them) but received 11, a pastry brush and the great storage case. So I didn't lose two like I thought!
