Spanish Verbs & Essentials of Grammar, 2E (Verbs and Essentials of Grammar Series)

It is what it’s supposed to be, a book of Spanish verbs with all their conjugations. It was recommended.

Great book for intermediate students! I had completed 3 levels on Rosetta Stone, had read most of an introductory text, and had a couple of years in Latin America before finding this. It helped me clarify so many things! It is conscice so there are not a lot of examples, but it is very straight-forward and clear. My backpack was stolen in Argentina with this book inside, and I considered it one of my most costly losses and replaced it straight away upon returning to the states.

This series of books distill the essence of grammar and verb usage into a condensed, easily referenced book. I first got the one for Brazilian Portuguese and was happy to find there are many others in the series. This is perhaps the most useful Spanish language reference book I have, besides a dictionary. I highly recommend this book, or any of the books in the series, to anyone attempting to learn a new language.

My son has the book and said it helps him with learning the differences in our verbs and the Spanish verbs.

The book presents precise summaries of grammar that are like summary notes one would make in cramming for Spanish exams.

This book was recommended by my instructor. It is proving to be very helpful in my Spanish class which is an adult evening class. The class is being taught on a college level, which sometimes can be hard to follow, but this book is excellent tool to have.

This is the best book I ever had to learn Spanish. If you really want to learn Spanish, this book is a must.

The verbs and grammar rules are very well explained

After having studied 13 languages, I can clearly say that the McGraw-Hill grammar books are the best. I have one for each language, the Japanese one needs to have the kanji and hiragana added however. Fir European language they are so great!
