3m Worktunes AM/FM w/ Bluetooth
These work and look great! Durable and well made. My last pair was this same brand and still works great but the cushions were wearing down as they were 5-6 years old which says another pro to the brand as they are very long lasting. I specifically use them for mowing and these eliminate a lot of the noise that comes with it. However they would great for any work environment. You can use the features such as AM/FM or Bluetooth directly from your phone. That also helps with elimination of noise. You can answer a call and speak directly through the headphones and if you are working or some other activity that requires you to be hands free which is just another pro. The only downfall is that this specific pair does not offer the gel cushions as the other 3m headphones. If you do select gel cushions they are only Bluetooth not AM/FM which is good if you aren't seeking out the radio feature. I was. These still check all the boxes while being comfortable even with longtime wear. You won't be disappointed. Hope this helps!

3m worktunes with Bluetooth comfortable and convienient
I spend a lot of hours every year wearing radio ear muff hearing protection at my job. I have purchase many different brands over the past 5 years and so far I like these the best. I have owned them for approximately 3 months now and really enjoy the Bluetooth connection to my phone. In the past all of the other models I had purchased had a auxillary port that I could run a cable to. I didn't use it very often to listen to the music on my phone as I found that I was constantly untangling the mini plug evertime I was moving from job site to job site, which was frequently. Also sometimes the cord would get caught on things or simply keep brushing me on my neck irratating me. I do wish you could answer a call with these (hopefully in a newer model). I have found it just mutes the music a little when I get a call which is usually enough to get my attention to answer my phone, but it would be nice not to have to remove these and use my phone. I operate loud equipment and before these would usually miss any phone calls. The sound quality of the speakers is pretty good. The noise blocking of the foam is among the best I've tried. The comfort after 8-12 hours of continued use is the best I have tried. One little feature it has that I have not had before on any other brand is that part of the foam in the headband is removable so if you are wearing a hat, the little bump on the top of a baseball hat fits comfortably through the whole in the foam. I was shocked at what a difference this made after hours of use. A minor feature but makes a huge difference in the comfort for anyone wearing these over a hat. I like how the radio will announce the station you are listeneing to and lets you scan through your favorite stations. With other headsets I've used I found I was having to take them off briefly to find the station I was looking for. The battery life is definitely not as good as most other headsets I've tried. I found most of the others I would replace the batteries with brand name ones every 6-8 weeks with a lot of listening. With these I find I replace the batteries (same brand) every 2-3 weeks. For me I'm fine with the added costs of batteries as listening to music throughout my day helps me stay focused and happier and makes my work day pass by more enjoyably. By having Bluetooth I have found I listen to my own music so much more as i don't have to mess with a cable and can change songs right from the selection wheel on the headset. Very easy. I highly recommend the 3m worktunes to anyone looking for the most comfort of any headset or the convienience of having no chords to carry/deal with. They were very easy to pair with my iPhone 6 and connect to it right away every time I turn on the worktunes and my phone is in range. I have not tested the Bluetooth range, but they have not given me any problems so far and have worked no matter what pocket I have my phone in or where my phone is in the cab of the vehicle that I have been in. I would definable your buy again!ProsGood sound quality even better when listening to music with the Bluetooth functionGood noise blockingGood reception ( but not the best I've tried)Most comfortable pair I've ever triedBluetooth connectivityVoice announcing the station/mode your onPretty durable (so far time will tell)ConsCan't answer calls from headsetAbout half the battery life (2-3 weeks approx 80hours) then other headsets

Ear protection whilst listening to music and hearing the phone rung
I've been using a 3M hearing protection unit of a similar design for a few years, but this unit's addition of bluetooth + built-in radio brings a whole new capability to hearing protection --- you can actually enjoy the process! It's well-built, quite comfy, and it works well.

Best headphones for a great price!!!
Hands down one of the best headphones I have ever used! Some of the amazing features including noise cancelling, ability to receive phone calls, Bluetooth, saves your radio stations and can pinpoint a radio station to 0.1 of a channel. It voices the actual radio station channel, rather than guessing the station it states is which is a massive help and awesome added feature! Would definitely suggest buying these if you are outdoors mowing the lawn or just want to listen to some music, the sound is super clear and overall really comfortable to wear.Sad they do not sell these in Australia, they would sell lot hotcakes if they did because so many people are stuck with the limited supply at Bunnings and they are no where near as good as these 3M WorkTunes!!

A solid, industrial-grade choice for the headbanger at the shop
I’ll preface this by explaining that I’m a fabricator/welder by trade. This involves power tools, dust, hot metal, sharp and heavy objects, many more hazards not worth talking about. In essence, you need protection from the various elements involved. Hearing protection is a big deal, from running hydraulic shearing equipment to using grinders, it’s all very loud stuff. It also needs to work in conjunction with safety glasses, thick leather gloves, and a respirator. It’s not possible to wear these with a welding hood on, for this particular model.Since it is 3M, you know it can be trusted to deliver results and last a long time. I’ve used it near daily for a few months now, and have enough of a handle to properly assess this product. It’s for those of us who have the option (and mental awareness) to listen to podcasts, music or radio whist spending time at work, while also providing adequate decibel drops in the workplace. This ensures reliability as well as safety, and shows a good level of professionalism in the workplaceA common complaint is that it’s not loud enough, but I did find that this does depend on your audio source. My podcasts are clearly audible but not very loud, where the local radio station is about as loud as I’d want it, perhaps even a notch lower from the top would be ideal for my working situation. For streaming music, it’s about the perfect volume to manage not being completely distracted, still loud enough that you’d need to mute or turn the knob down to engage in a conversation. I still hear subtle things like dropped tools, people welding near me, that sort of thing. The bass is pretty good but not outstanding, though it seems the mids are where this headset does well. It’s all easily adjusted with a combo power button/rotation knob, two round buttons and a knubby scroll wheel. Battery life is excellent and continues to blow me away! I’m able to run the unit for anywhere between 40 to 100 hours per pair of AAs, so I don’t feel like I lost out on the recharging pack but may end up buying it next time it’s on sale. Replacing battery’s is finicky the first couple times but there is a process, and it’s super easy once you see the forest from the trees. My only real complaint is that it does sometimes drop the Bluetooth signal. Combined with the Amazon Music app crashing a lot (which in truth has been less often lately) it will sometimes simply stop playing audio on its own. On a bad day it’ll happen twice. But sometimes it doesn’t happen for 2-3 weeks. And it’s as easy as turning off & back on to sort the issue out. I also find myself adjusting the muffs on my ears (pressure points) every 40 minutes or so, depending on the job & things like how hot the work area is. For the size of the muffs, they are surprisingly comfortable. If these last me throughout the next year, I would not hesitate to pick up a second pair. I’m genuinely thinking about getting a second pair just for yardwork & metalwork at home, if I’m being honest!
