Works awesome so far.
So far love this heater. Installed in my small cabin and vented to the outside. Fired right off and didn’t have to purge it, I was surprised. Took a little bit to get the temperature right but everyone is going to be different. Fingers crossed it last awhile.

Worked for a couple months
First day: great! Worked as it should on the lowest setting. Second day: had to adjust knobs almost to highest setting to get hot water. I have a three stage water filter before the hot water heater so no sediment. I even changed my filter thinking maybe they were impeding the flow. Nope. Now, it only works occasionally and only when it’s run through the bathtub faucet.

As advertised
LP gas hookup was a bit of a problem as 1/2 inch inlet to heater does not match most places gas hoses. Be prepared to look for the right transition fittings

Exactly as described.
Excellent! We purchased this to replace an older version that apparently worn out. Now our water is not again! No more cold showers. Definitely would recommend!

Easy to install and use
Easy to install and setup. Require parts and tool list easy to follow. My second unit. Love the ease of care and trouble shoot if there is a issue.

Read the “return” policy!
Unit did not work upon installation. Customer service, though polite, was difficult to contact and very unhelpful. I received replacement parts at an extra cost to me and the unit still does not function properly. No returns! So I’m stuck with a useless piece of equipment, no hot water and less hard earned money in my pocket.
