Too soon to say how effective this is for my teen but hoping it works just as well as the powder I take which I can definitely say helps with stress. Taken on 2 days both days and results are the same, 3 hrs in I feel like I'm about to die, eyes are swollen and I'm struggling to breathe tired and I just want to go to sleep, had to take paracetamol and ibrophen to Counteract this
