I waited to use a bit before reviewing. Works well for potato chips and fries, sweet potatoes are a little tougher so wear the included safety gloves. Easily sliced veggies for salads, etc, couldn’t be happier.

Does what it’s meant to, super sharp and easy to use, easy to clean. The vegetable holder makes it super safe and you can adjust it to push the vegetable out further so you get the very last piece. Very happy

I love the safety gloves since my wife is new to using a mandoline it keeps her from getting hurt. For me i just like that now i able to slice all the veggies for my salads.
