This massager arrived very quickly - much quicker than expected. On first impressions this is a well-made item which looks like it will last.I am very pleased with this purchase, This is an awesome massage chair and it does an excellent job at reducing those aches and pains. I am in absolute heaven sitting on this. It is so relaxing. I love the upper body rolling massage. I have been using it on both my neck and back as I suffer from upper back pain but it works on all areas of the back. It does reach right to the top of my shoulders. I use mine every day, and since using this I have not been in as much pain and its working really well in aiding the recovery of my back. It has a cushion for the head and a cover over the massage area that softens the effect if used.It is very easy to operate and has various massage and rolling with infra-red heat that can be switched on and off. It is very comfortable to use and can easily be folded and stored away when not in use. It is really excellent for pain relief or even if you want to relax and just have authentic massage experience.When registering the warranty RENPHO Customer Service responded very quickly and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend fantastic purchase and great value for money.

The product was packaged very well and delivered very quickly. Upon unboxing I was very impressed with the quality of the product with good materials and excellent stitching. The product once placed on a sofa/chair is extremely easy to operate. The handheld controls make targeting specific areas of the back/neck/shoulders very easy. There is also the option to add heat and seat vibration. It is also possible to increase the strength of the massage by pushing back further into the chair. The neck massage nodes are also height adjustable which means it is possible to get the perfect fit for your individual size. The massage covers all the main back muscles and is sufficiently deep to relieve back and neck tension. Whilst the product is in operation there is a gentle whirring noise which still allows you to watch tv or make phone conversations uninterrupted. Overall I have very much been enjoying using this product after a long days work or after a gym session. I have previously purchased and been impressed with my Renpho bathroom scales. This back and neck massager has further enhanced Renpho’s reputation. The price is also comparatively low for similar products by other companies. I would highly recommend Renpho’s products to anyone considering such items

This is a good back massager. We like the warmth setting too. It can just focus on lower, mid or upper back or go through all three. There is also a spot setting so you can stop it moving up and down and it just focuses on that area. It is a bit frustrating tho as it circles up then down rather than continuing round in circles. This doesn't feel quite so good. It is also not quite long enough for a tall bodied person and does not reach the shoulders very well for them. All in all though we like it and use it regularly.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been using it for a couple of days now and it’s amazing. It ticks so many boxes that there’s no need to look any further for other massagers.Over the weekend we went camping and ground under the tent was not flat, so I ended up with pain in my neck and shoulders. Thanks to this massager my pain is almost gone, and I feel great.Built quality is great. It’s not like some of those cheap massagers that you are afraid to use as they might break during the first use. The material feels good on the skin.Having the option to move back massager to the spot you need is a must-have feature in every massager and this one has it. With this feature, you can spend more time on those problematic spots on your back.Feels like Renpho has thought about everything, availability to move neck massager up and down is brilliant. You can move it to the correct height for your neck. I do need to say that first unit that I received suffered from production issue where the mechanisms that move neck massager up/down got stuck in on place and I was able only to move it 1cm up or down. I got in touch with Renpho customer support and they were on top of it. Straight away the sent me a replacement unit. 5 stars for customer service too!Little side pocket for remote is yet another detail that tells you that Renpho actually spent time thinking how to make this product great.For the best experience, I would suggest using a chair that can recline a bit. I have an office chair from IKEA and it’s great for this. When you recline, you put more pressure on the massager's heads and it intensifies the awesome massage feeling. Don’t recline too far at will put too much pressure on the moving parts and you’ll just gonna break the massager.As you might have understood so far, I’m really pleased with this product and Renpho customer service. Both deserve a 5-star rating.

Eigentlich schreibe ich nie Rezessionen, aber dieses Teil hat es wirklich verdient. Ich hab selber die Bewertungen durchgelesen, bevor ich es gekauft habe, und war mir sehr unsicher bezüglich der Leistung. Ich bin 1,74 m und wiege 62 Kilo. in meinem Stressless Sessel liegt die Massagematte. Perfekt, nicht rutscht und ich kann super entspannt liegen. Die Massage ist so wie sie sein soll! Nicht zu wenig, und nicht zu stark. Die Wärmefunktion ist prima und auch die Sitzmassage macht Spaß. Ich habe oft hartnäckige Verspannungen im Schulter Nackenbereich, hiermit werde ich es definitiv in den Griff bekommen. Mein Masseur bekommt 50 € die Stunde, diese Matte wird sicherlich ähnlich guten Dienst leisten. Ich habe die Massagematte auch auf meinem Bürostuhl ausprobiert, dieser lässt sich auch nach hinten kippen, auch hier ist die Massagematte perfekt. Ich denke, dass es ein Vorteil ist wenn sich der Stuhl oder das Sofa nach hinten kippen lässt, so dass man in einen 45° Winkel kommt, so wird man auch nicht runter geschoben und die Druckfestigkeit der massagepfe ist dadurch gut gegeben. Kleinere Personen als 1,74 m werden hier auf alle Fälle glücklich werden und ich denke auch bis 1,80 m sollte es keine Probleme geben. Ich bin eine zarte, schmale Person, wie es für große breite Männer ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Für mich ist diese Massagematte absolut perfekt, ich bin so begeistert, mit diesen tollen Ergebnis hätte ich nie gerechnet, nach den vielen komischen Bewertungen. Aber die positiven haben hier ja auch überhand. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Wenn sie kaputt geht, würde ich mir direkt eine neue kaufen. Sie ist heute angekommen, daher kann ich nicht sagen, wie langlebig sie ist. Aber wie gesagt, mein Masseur, nimmt 50 € die Stunde.Das einzige Manko ist, dass sich die Abdeckung von der Nackenmassage nicht anbringen lässt, dazu habe ich aber schon den Verkäufer kontaktiert und bin gespannt auf Rückantwort. Daher das dritte Foto mit den Reisverschlüsse. Das funktioniert nicht! Dennoch bekommt das hier fünf Sterne von mir, weil die Massage Leistung einfach hervorragend ist!!!Nachtrag: Der Support ist hervorragend, ich habe sofort Antwort bekommen.Mein Mann ist 1,86 cm, breitschultrig und er passt auch gut auf die Massagematte.
