Pretty authentic, but don't go looking for a deep "red" color. You have to add more if you want that restaurant look to it. I don't really care. I WILL say it's a bit spicy, too much for my wife and a bit more than a restaurant (I've been to dozens in many cities), but good blend. I love it.

This brand was recommended in a recipe I was trying to make and the dish came out so delicious. This product made it taste like I ordered it right from an authentic indian restaurant! This product was a little more spicier (heat-wise) than I expected, but it was a good amount of spice

This stuff is good and easy to fix. Was turned on to this mix by some good Indian friends who prepare this dish a lot and was impressed how easy it was to make good tandori chicken at home. I highly recommend the mix and the seller.

This stuff is great ...I use it as a run on chicken, steak or tofu. It has a mild spicy flavor...just right for my taste. I like a little heat but not a lot.

I ordered Tandoori Chicken BBQ, but was sent Tandoori Masala for BBQ, and though a little on the spicy side, it makes for a terrific BBQ chicken when part of a rub including garlic (lots), cilantro, and ginger.Debbie Z.
