Great quality
I bought these for my dad who had a stroke and dementia. I showed these to his nurse and physical therapist who both felt using these would help improve strength and use of his affected hand. His grip strength did improve and they worked very well for the desired improvements. Easy to use and has no unpleasant smell or stickiness. Worked as stress relief for me, as well. The size was a little small for Dad's big hands and as his dementia worsened they became a choking hazard.

Terrific way to exercise fingers and hands. Excellent quality product at great price.
As I've aged, my hands have begun to feel less flexible -- my fingers don't bend quite as easily as they used to, my grip didn't feel quite as strong, and I occasionally experience (very) minor discomfort when trying to hold onto things or manipulate my fingers in certain ways. So I bought the Serenilite hand therapy ball to give me an easy way to exercise my hands. I keep the ball in the console in my car, and I exercise my fingers during my lengthy commute to and from work each day. It's only been a few days, but already my hands feel more flexible and my grip feels improved. My hope is simply to retain flexibility and hand strength, and this little ball seems to be helping with that. As for the ball itself, it seems to be well made from quality materials, and it fits nicely in my hand. I believe it's slightly smaller than a racquet ball, and it's obviously "squishy" but yet firm enough to provide good resistance for a decent workout. As a bonus, it seems to help reduce stress while driving just a bit, too.

How to keep it clean?
I have no special basis to rate a hand exercise ball. I have another one that is quite a bit bigger, but how does size matter? This one seems adequate to the task. Given that it is fabric covered, I wonder how I will keep it clean.

I bought one of these balls with the future in mind
This ball is intended to assist with grip strengthening. I anticipate needing its help with that after my upcoming carpal tunnel surgery. This device will strengthen my grip after that event and beyond. For the moment, I'm content having it around to squeeze as that brings with it a calming sensation, plus it's good for light hand exercise prior to surgery. Since I don't want my left hand to feel left out, I give it a turn with the ball as well. It's all good, and the firmness of its resistance to squeezing promises that I'll be able to measure progress after surgery. it's a nice ball and fun to squeeze. I already like it a lot.

Perfect Fit in my hand
I ordered this to assist with therapy exercises recommended by my doctor for Tennis Elbow. Based on other reviews, I was concerned about the size, however I found it to be a perfect fit for the size of my hand, if not slightly too big, as I can't quite close my fingers all the way around it when it is in my palm - I can just touch my thumb to each of my fingertips, but can't quite make a full fist. For reference, I am an adult female, 5'3" with fairly small hands (I usually wear size small or medium gloves), so this probably wouldn't hold true for a man with very large hands. I do like the material, as I think it has a better feel and will be more durable than the gel-type ones, and much easier to keep clean. It is firmer than I expected, making it a little tougher to squeeze than I anticipated, but I think that will actually benefit me; I just have to be careful not to overdo it. I got the blue color, which is very nice. Overall, I'm very happy, and hopeful this will help heal my messed up elbow.
