Read the instructions.
Of course I plugged it almost straight after delivery and...nothing happened. Not another dud. I picked up the box and the instructions fell out. I had to change the voltage on the plug. Doh. Works perfectly and I see it being very handy in the future.

Good product but very long
Good product, works well. However, with the attachment head it is very long, ie the back of the radio / device now sits at least a couple of inches further forwards than it did with the original plug, as this one sticks straight out of the back of the device like a rigid bar. So please check you have space for this on your shelf or work surface.
