Arrives folded but you just need to pad it out to give it shape. Very handy for keeping throws in. I'm happy with it.

This is a great basket, the jute and black colouring is gorgeous and natural looking! Such a big basket and great value for money. For the people saying they are unhappy because it is misshapen due to being packaged, this is no issue as it is so easy to return to normal round shape. The above photo is directly after I have unpackaged it, and it has already taken on its round appearance….you just need to pack it out firmly for a few days and manipulate it with fingers, it doesn’t take long. Very happy customer!

Lovely basket for storing blankets but the ratio of white to grey is quite different from the picture - we were expecting a narrow white band and mostly grey, but as you can see from the picture ours arrived closer to half and half.

Wanted a non plastic laundry basket for pegging out.I was a bit worried about how this product would cope with wet washing. This was no problem.It's flexible foldable and just the job.Will never buy a plastic laundry basket ever again.

Bought to use as a wash basket as fed up with plastic rubbish breaking. Really pleased with my purchase, the quality for the price is excellent and basket is very flexib and robust.

Great quality and looks very stylish. Just a bit disappointed that it's out of shape which I assume is as a result of being folded for packaging.

Love this basket, I ordered one for me and one as a gift for storing throws in the lounge. The quality is good the only issue is as it arrives folded it doesn't resemble the shape it should be it has very defined edgesI had to iron it a lot! then store heavy items packed inside for several days to get the correct shape. If you are happy to do this its a brilliant product.
