Life saver for a catering job!
I had an ABUNDANCE of Granny Smith apples that needed to be cut and wrapped with prosciutto for a tea party at my church. This utensil was a lifesaver!! It cut and cored my apples into 12 perfect and uniform slices. The blades are very sharp to be careful while cleaning. I find a bottle brush works well to clean it safely and easily. I found using a clean cloth helps the apples from sliding around. Otherwise, a really great utensil to have. I use it now to slice apples for my kids!

Works well but you do need to have a little strength to put behind it. I’m getting older and sometimes have a bit of difficulty using it. Very sturdy, cleans easily.

Slicing an apple as easy as 123. This slicer cuts through even thicker, Apple skins and cores the apple at the same time.
