These are just as described and they functioned really well. Crisp calls and call quality. There was 1 defective one (possibly happened during shipping since it is a fragile item) and they were very helpful and are sending a replacement one for the defective one. These are also a very good design since they allow my phone to rest in the carrier easily without tangling the cord.

We ordered 18 of these for all the phones in our office. All but one worked perfect. We had one that for some reason would loose the connection for the call. But over all very happy.
