Im a beginner I wish the tip was sharper but other then that it works fine

the pencil comes with a round tip. they have included instructions to make the tip flat, however I have not been able to make the tip flat and each time I try according to the instructions, the tip breaks off. I'm disappointed that the tip came round an not flat. The first time to pull the string is quite hard to get started. The package came with 6 pencils and I have only used 1 pencil, which is half gone by trying to get a flat tip. If I hadn't used 1 pencil I would have return them.UPDATE: I took a box cutter and made it flat.

these are basically for art work, not cosmetic, they smell like crayola crayons. they do sharpen with the razer blade included and be careful. I probably won't use again as put on two hours ago and they have more or less melted off my brows. I will keep and use on my doll rehabs.

Ok guys, I did the work on this product to be able to write an honest review. The reviews were really bad so I was hesitant to purchase this item. One thing that always has to be done on my face is my brows, its the important feature on our faces. I’m used to buying the Benefit Brow pencil but the price and amount of product you get makes me not want to buy it anymore so I tried this product. I will admit I hate the string because on a new pencil it is short as h*ll and hard to pull. Took me a while to grasp it, which I think they should change. Second, its a gel consistency so it makes it “seem” like its not durable, long-lasting or waterproof. Yes, it smeared easily. However, if you sharpen it, its very precise which I love, and gives perfect hair-like strokes.Now! Let’s move on to how to keep the product on your face. I do my brows first, then my other makeup. I typically always bake (baking is using a loose (not pressed) setting powder for your under eyes/face - I bake with Huda Beauty) I dabbed my brush in the setting powder and lightly coated my brows. It also calms down the gel-looking brows that appear fake and make them look like your actually hairs but please apply lightly! After the face is done, I use two different setting sprays. First one is usually a water-like spray (Milani is a good one when you’re on a budget or Urban Decay) and then I spray One Size waterproof setting spray over that.I fell asleep in my makeup last night to see if the product would wear off (please keep in mind I laminate my brows with Got2Be gel before applying eyebrow products so it lasts longer). Woke up today with nothing smeared! My brows were still in tact. *claps* :)Hope my regimen helped some of you! Its a tedious process, I know! But brows define your face so I’m here for the easiest and not-so-expensive products.
